Danielle has continued her winning streak with veto, beating out Frank. Wil got $5,000, Frank got a "spiritard", a cheerleader unitard (it's crap, they just put a skirt and pigtails on). Ian let Jenn have a trip to Maui. He's spending the next day dressed as a dog, in his own little doghouse in the backyard. BB will make barking sounds when he has to go to the bathroom, and someone has to come out and get him. He's enjoying this so far.

Boogie called him out at the veto, I guess for not taking the trip, and Ian blasted him. Boogie doesn't know it but after some wavering, Ian finally agreed to an alliance with Danielle/Dan/Britney/Shane. Meanwhile, Jenn, learning a few days back that Boogie would have traded her if he'd had the chance, is through with Boogie, and is mostly gravitating with Wil and Ashley. If Frank goes, Boogie is alone.

Dan still wants the coaches to work together, but Boogie has repeatedly shot him down, even when Dan has all but begged him. Boogie is upset that Dan lied to him and Dan wanted Frank out. Boogie is taking this personally and is not checked into the game at this point.

Britney is often trying to get Dani to put Janelle up, but Dan's so far convinced her not to do this, and Janelle has tried to become closer to Danielle. Janelle likes Dani, she just doesn't know how much time Britney and Dani spend trashing her. Dan and Janelle are becoming closer, although still somewhat guarded. Janelle tried to work with Boogie but again, he wasn't having it.

Frank has spent the last few days sulking and only belatedly tried to save himself. Right now Frank is going, but I'm not sure if Dan will stick to it, and if the DR wants Frank to stay, it won't be too hard to do, since Wil has no real allies.

I thought Shane would be all over Danielle once she won HOH, but they don't talk all that much.

Well, the DR did save Janelle yesterday, and Dan always seemed to be against getting rid of Janelle, but for some reason, after a group conversation between the ex-coaches, Dan decided to go with Boogie. Dan/Boogie/Shane/Britney/Dani/Frank have an alliance called "Six Shooters" (LOL) and as of right now Janelle is going.

Bewildering. Let's just say Dan won't be popular at any BB fan events from now on.

I thought I read that they called their alliance "The Silent Six"

They're going to backdoor Janelle...I feel so bad for her sad.png So disappointed in Dan for turning on her & not continuing the fight to keep her safe!

Britney was crying w/guilt to Daniele after the big pow wow because she's afraid of how Janelle's going to feel when she finds out she betrayed her.

I agree witht your first statement. Sure 12 was a bust, but 10 was epic and we need to get back to making new BB starts, not trodding out the old ones again and again, especially when lightning never strikes twice.

However, Boogie is a much bigger threat than Janelle because he is good at competitions, but is also highly manipulative, which is always more dangerous, so getting her out over him is beyond dumb. Plus, there's no BB player I despise more than that piece of sh*t.

    • So I think I figured based on the end credits who is the script writer for each episode. Thursday's episode looked to have been script written by David Kreizman, and it was a well written episode that flowed well. Today's episode looked to have been script written by Henry Newman (son of Fran Myers and the late Roger Newman).   Right now, I've noticed improvements on the day to day scripts and that's a good sign that eventually the long term outlines that we will see in the coming weeks and months will be good.  Fingers crossed.
    • I have a very different view of Dano. For one thing, she like me, loves her little dogs. Another thing, of course she is effusive, outgoing but she is also very vulnerable & she used to have her Frank, her mother & Vivian who officially was her publicist (I think) but she was so much more. Now, they are all gone. Well, except for her always having a pair of her little dogs. But, if I were going to think in your terms, what I would think is "cool aunt". Because this lady is really one cool dame. Here is one of my favorite views of her https://www.instagram.com/reel/DGecq8rJS4w/

    • I found it to be a rather odd way to deal with a character departing for parts unknown.
    • Today reminded me as to why I’m a little disappointed in the name that the new Pope chose

Luckily, EJ and Johnny, and pretty much every other character saved today’s episode.  I didn’t expect Javi to be the one to save Sarah though, and I don’t mind it at all, because if it means that Javi is finally going to get his own identity/character, away from his douchy bf, I’m all for it. Javi’s scenes would’ve been a lot better had it not been for him. EJ and Johnny were the best part of today. Their conversation hit a lot of important beats and I’m so looking forward to seeing them play out. And now that EJ knows that Johnny is going to work for Xander, that opens up another dynamic to their storyline and to the Kiriakis family storylines as well. Tying them all together could be really good. There are so many story possibilities that can come out of this. And I thought Carson Boatman did a pretty good job again too.  I also liked that Johnny was there to comfort Chanel after everything that happened with Sarah. They’re so good together. But I do have mixed feelings about Chanel possibly forgiving Johnny so quickly. Hopefully, the question that she asked him at the end of today leads to more conflict for the two of them.  And yeah, still no changes in Alex’s character lol
    • Awesome, thanks so much for taking the time to grab this episode. I had a quick review of your rip because I was curious why it was 700MB and 30 minutes. The first 10 minutes of the episode is 3169 (opening credits at 5 minutes and again at 15 minutes). I thought we had the full HD version of ep.3170 on the YouTube channel, but it appears they added the wrong episode but labelled it 3170.
    • I guess, according to Mike Manning in the Michael Fairman chat, he was almost Derek
