I doubt they'll kill Hope. GH fans won't care about Starr's dead baby and no one wants to watch Starr grieving her child when she's just joined the show. Michael will be her rebound/grief sex to get over Cole. Fine by me.

From Abby to Starr....downgrade. Even though I couldn't stand Mabby once Michael became a Sonny wannabe.

Even though everything I've heard about Michael is pretty bad (to say the least), he might actually bring back some of Starr's edge. Lord knows she lost it with Cole, and eventually with James, too. Yes, I still miss the old school wise-beyond-her-years Starr I loved as a kid smile.png . This is Todd & Blair's daughter, for Pete's sake! Being too good--all the time--just doesn't work for her!

ETA: She really should've been studying to be a biologist or something like that, her lifelong dream was never to be a singer. Who knows, maybe she'll wind up going to PCU and studying pre-med.

Well, it would be nice! laugh.png

He tends to beat women down (literally, in some cases).

Like (adoptive) father, like son? (Lord knows I know quite a bit about Sonny's track record).

OldSchool!Starr would NEVER put up with anything like that.

I'm not sure about Starr, old or new, as she idolized a man who assaulted women, but you never know. Unfortunately with this writer and this show, and Michael, it's not a great mix for a strong woman.

Wow! I don't know how I blacked it out, but I COMPLETELY forgot Starr had a daughter (and I'm an obsessive OLTL fan). I knew it would be tricky with Starr, but considering he is a recast I wouldn't be totally against him dying or at the very least being sent back to jail. However, you can't have Starr without Hope. You just can't. She would NEVER give her daughter to her parents so she can shack up with some man in another city. They better have Hope in Port Charles if Starr will be.
