Other than Andrea Evans, who was around for more than a few days. GH actually does have vets on contract they can use same as OLTL did. And 6 episodes for the reaction to Robin's death and her funeral seems enough to me. They haven't had a lot of time to come up with some elaborate character arc for Robert.
