Since I'm new around these parts and haven't watched this show since Sami was on Death Row, I'd like to know if this Will/Sonny storyline is worth me getting into.

They crackle with so much young love/lust(?) chemistry, but I don't want to be misled into thinking that they'd happen if a show hasn't any intention of following through or (even worse) get them together only to ship them the hell off at warp speed (yes, I'm still bitter about Kish).

So, what say you, longtime DAYS viewers?

This Will/Sonny frolicking seems to be a little treat that the writers have given the fans of these two. I think their fans should enjoy it because spoilers/interviews seem to suggest that there is no romance for Will any time in the near future. I think Will is going to be thrown back into EJ's midst while Sonny disappears and gets no airtime.

Kate Mansi looks hot in these pics. Damn, I wish they would go full on bitch with her Abby instead of wussing out. The second pic just screams daytime bitch. She kinda resembles RHoBHs Brandi there too

I'm fearing that will be the case. If that's the case I'll be tuning out so fast it will make MarDar's heads spin. But the way they have been writing this weekly stories...is a joke....two week story arcs?? Really MarDar?? Or is it weekly...so absurd.....Can any writer write a descent gay storyline?? Raise your hand please.

Kate does look hot there and she has that Daytime vixen look. I'm miss actual vixens on soaps. Those sexy bad girls who didn't give a damn. Now we have those annoynig "good" girls who we are supposed to belive any man would want that lack sex appeal and personality.

My favourite scene all week because *finally* Kate got into this storyline in a way that makes sense.

Ditto but I find they have blurred the lines too much. all the so called bad girls are neutered and were all supposed to think characters like Sami, Greenlee, Carly, Nicole,Kendall are the types of characters men desire and thats as if not more boring because they lost the underdog quality that made you want them to scrap and claw and root for them. All these characters are basically the same. Today the definition of bad girl equals psycho. Abby is a prime example. What do you bet she goes back to being Jennifers princess Abby once this story ends. The only character in recent years that has been written as more a traditional bad girl has been Steffi on B&B and now they have The majority of the canvas boo hooing for her.

Plent of gay people have people in their lives who wouldnt care at all, but they have built up such a fear of it and have their own issues with it.

I love Kate, and I hope they continue to build the dynamic of the Will/Kate relationship. Let's face it, Kate has been a more active participant in Will's life than Marlena. Kate's attitudes toward homosexuality I think it a more accurate portrayal of the more progressive members of society, rather than Marlena's which is a scientific sensibility, a very sterile form of compassion.

I do hope they play-up some of the conservative hesitancy a traditional Irish Catholic family would have to Will's revelation about his sexuality. I can see Roman being the perfect person to play that role. Roman, especially under Northop, came off as the protector of the family. He was the the real head-of-household whereas Grandpa Shawn was more the charismatic leader. I would love to see Will struggle to build a relationship with he grandfather, in spite of his religious beliefs.

Now if only this could be the catalyst for Bill Horton to return...
