Melissa Fumero has a new NBC show, Grosse Point Garden Society. Looks like it started a few weeks ago.

Kim Zimmer is going to be appearing in a Raleigh production of A Trip to Bountiful. I posted the interview in the GL thread.

It did. I haven't had time to watch yet, but I've been trying to get my co-worker into it since Ms. Makayla from HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER is also in the cast and I know my co-worker loved that show.

Found Lauren Roman here
https://www.laurenroman.com/
She's doing mostly church stuff and wrote a children's book, and is a speaker, etc.

On her website, she posted an acting reel, uploaded April 2024.  The youtube reel lists her home as "Atlanta" in the title of the youtube.
The reel has her AMC stuff and several other roles through the years.
On Nashville, in one episode in 2015 she played a nanny taking care of Jonathan Jackson's character's child, those scenes are on the reel

Thank you. My mind was drawing a blank. And agree. Though I loved Laura Allen on the original 4400 and Dirt.

That is so cool. Thank you!! And yes, I remember in the 'Earshot' episode of Buffy

    • This makes me want to skip ahead, as you know we both share that huge fondness for Kate. You just unlocked a core memory of how much James Scott would start blinking at times

. I genuinely enjoy Dan so much, I really don’t think about James Scott anymore except when the rape story came up because I vividly remember the scenes.
    • I agree with all of this except I loved Leslie with Jacob. It was the old Leslie to me. She was so soft in her scenes with NuTed on Friday, I preferred the return to form.
    • Charmed and Party of Five didn't do too good with the diverse concept...  I doubt 7th Heaven will either. Perhaps maybe do a diverse show about a female minister and her husband and call it something other than 7th Heaven.  I know it's going out on a limb to actually come up with something different and to title it differently.
    • The writers need to reign in Vanessa' character... I can see the actress is trying to reign in the character.. but the writing isn't helping her in her quest. Dani has been going on and on and on about being insecure since the end of her marriage for 55 episodes.. and I'm sick of it.  She's in bed with a younger attractive man and she won't shut up about her insecurities.  I want to tell Andre that the sex isn't worth being tied to this emotional vampire.  No wonder Bill cheated on her (and I do sometimes side with the cheater). I'm really hoping Derek/Ashley are breaking up soon because she's been a total witch and he can do so much better.  Have him in another scene with Hayley or even a 1:1 with Shanice.     I think that's a Danielle Paige quirk.  Her novels are all about symbolism, and she did say that Claire Labine mentored her at Guiding Light.
    • The wonderful Sarah Buxton returns as Morgan DeWitt tomorrow in the S18 YouTube episodes. Shame she didn’t get a longer stint.

    • Tbf, just about...if not all the episodes...involving RC and DP have a character fixated on something. Cat. Photo album. This time...tatts.
    • Not to harp on, and I don't know if it's always been there and I just noticed it today, but why the hell does Ashley have her microwave on top of the fridge? What sense does that make? Irrationally, It made her more intolerable than she already was in this episode.
    • Yes, to all of it. You really brought up many of the points I thought of during the episode and forgot in my own post. The photo should have been Eva and Ted together.  The calling off work was really stupid for a fight over some scratches that didn't even end in some ultimatum fight. If anything that's when you do go go work to get your mind off of it. It was just really stupid.  And great point about the cleaning products and lack of product placement. Huge missed opportunity.  Cady needs to let that accent go. It's cringe.  Overall, it was a bad episode and I haven't felt this strongly about an episode yet.
