Okay I have to stop watching Phylicia Rashad interviews - She always comes off a little cold and bitchy. She didn't talk all that fondly about OLTL, IMO. And she did't know it was ending? Didn't she give a quote to People.....?

Boy Erika's been a busy lady lately.... laugh.png

Here's another interview with her, this time from GiveMeMyRemote.com (of all things, lol). This was taped before Prospect Park scrapped the plans to continue OLTL/AMC.

They also did ones with Bree Williamson and Kassie DePaiva/Kristen Alderson.

She did seem like a bitch. They asked her what she remembered about OLTL and she starts talking about her son. Huh?

And when asked was she nervous she is all oh no I had four years of training. Please get over yourself.

When Destiny was screaming to the high heavens in labor, did anyone else hear her say "NO, I WANT TO GO HOME AND JUST DO THIS TOMORROW!" laugh.png

Thought it was a great finale. My fave parts were the afterbirth scenes. The BEST, most perfect moment for me was when Matthew decided to name the baby Drew. What a great scene. "Happy Birthday Drew" Loved that! You know, I was actually kinda shocked OLTL didn't slyly work Darren into this somehow. I would've expected to see him lurking outside somewhere, looking in through the window after Destiny gave birth & maybe flashing back to them having sex ;-P. Probably wouldn't have worked, considering how Destiny acted throughout the pregnancy story, but still...I totally could've seen Ron do something like that.

I think I was the only LangFord fan in the world, I loved that little moment when Langston was talking about him w/Starr icon1.gif And I absolutely LOVED that last Starr/Langston/Markko/Cole scene wub.png So awesome.

Ok I was impressed with Bree Williamson in her scenes with JvD. Ugh! I said it. "Daddy?" ...soo freakin' good.

Todd/Blair/Tea/Tomas/John...weakest part of the episode for me up until that last moment when John busted in on naked Blair & Todd! Loved it! And hell yeah to Victor being alive, what a stunning way to end the show....Allison is AMAZING. That is my kind of crazy laugh.png She should come to PC, too.

I sure did, and my immediate thought was that the writers borrowed that from AMC because Erica said the exact same thing when she gave birth to Bianca. biggrin.png

    • I guess it depends on your device.  I can watch CW shows via their website on my Windows PC.
    • Ooooo A Liam episode? I'll watch it later today. They sure are churning the daily episodes out early.

    • Welcome back, Shawn Douglas! It's been a while. It really is too bad that the writers don't really have an interest in the character because there are still a lot of ways that he can be used effectively on the canvas. He should have been a part of the 60th anniversary celebrations as well. If anything, just to represent Bo and Hope. And I'd much rather see Jada paired with him than possibly with Theo. But I enjoyed him getting caught up with Belle, and comforting her. I'm sure they'll find their way back to each other at some point but I do like them as divorced friends. I just hope we see it play out onscreen. Belle being a dick about Sami again was unnecessary though. And we finally saw Liam again!  I'm curious to see how this storyline is going to play out, and who's going to be weaved into it. He and Abe do work well together too. And we learned that he has a kid. Hopefully, we'll learn more about his character in the future. But I'm not really sure about Johnny and Chanel suddenly having problems with raising Trey. They've wanted a baby for so long, so I don't understand why this is even an issue. They should know by now what it's like to raise a baby. But I did enjoy Johnny's scenes with EJ, and that Johnny still hasn't refused to forgive him. This storyline was/is very clunky, but having the two of them be at odds is the right decision. There's so much story potential that can be drawn from that. As for Chad... there was no time for us to see his reunion with Will, but there's time for us to see him talking BS with Leo? I don't get it. And I don't get all this random dating app stuff either. Leo and Javi were boring af too. If we're forced to endure them, can they at least have some real conflict? The two of them losing the baby was the perfect opportunity for it.

    • I enjoy BF better on Days than on YR.   Chad is greater than Cane, in my opinion.
    • Ick! Seeing MS and BF making out as the characters onscreen was just ewwww.
    • The SON board.
