Just be happy the story had an ending at all. Sheffer and Hamner don't "do" endings.

Yeah, I'm glad the "Who Killed Diane?" part is over - the story was really bad. I'm just saying Nikki Newman on trial for murder and then her execution, is ratings gold. So of course Y&R will not be doing that storyline.

Unfortunately Y&R doesn't do trials well either. I think we'd see Nikki sitting in the visitor's room for months. I think that if they had their way half the characters would be in prison - imagine Sharon, Nikki, and Victor all behind glass walls, in the same prison, yelling at each other.

Given what they did with Sharon's trial last year and that whole storyline, I'd rather NOT suffer through one with Nikki.

Y&R made the right choice with the Nikki surprise and the immediate reveal that it was self defense. The Sharon trial is probably the reason why they only did a couple of courtroom scenes with Victor. (Seriously, they certainly could have done Victor Newman on trial and he'd be meeting his goal of protecting Nikki.) However, after the Sharon fiasco, they made a better choice.

So weird to think of a legacy character killing another long term character.

I'm still confused as to what we're supposed to feel for Adam.

I don't think I understand this murder mystery ...so Niki killed Diane in self-defense & she married

Deacon to protect Victor & Victor married Sharon to protect ?

it shows (proves) Victor/Niki's true love.... according to Mrs. Chancelor..... Why did Victor marry Sharon?

It may not be as bad as originally thought or something has thankfully changed:

Apparently Victor uses Sharon as a pawn and places her on the board. She becomes as the deciding vote in favor of getting rid of Adam. Once their revenge plan is complete is over their marriage is annulled and Victor and Nikki are suppose to reunite next week. Word has it Sharon rekindles things with Nick.

I rather Sharon go back to Nick then Adam. & I hate Sharon & Nick as a couple. I rather Nick go back to Sharon & have Phylis lose. Nick & Phylis was DOA when they start to become real.

I prefer Sharon with Nick and I hate all these diversions they kept giving them. Please tell me Victor and Sharon dont consummate bc I dont think I could handle that

Thanks it makes it a whole lot clearer .... when Niki says he married Sharon for me I couldn't connect the dots.

I have adult co workers that refer to their younger superiors by mr and mrs so and so, I don't see the problem and I'm black.

I was going to say the same thing. A lot of people I know DO IN FACT talk like that. Black folk that it. It's part of our cultral at least mine and I see u know what I am saying too. A lot of the whites here would not understand.

very true. Its so MAB y didnt she do this. I will never forget when Sami was on death row on DAYS that was so good

What I dont get is how can they say it was self defense when Nikki left her rehab drunken. Thats an agressor. And based upon the vidoe I seen Nikki was the agreesor again in the physical showdown when they were still standing.
