Just what were Garin Wolf's plans for GH when he was hired?

Because the entire show sucks so bad I can't take it. Y&R looks like perfection next to this B-O-R-I-N-G sludge of a soap. Scene after scene of two characters quietly discussing things they've talked over countless times, countless scenes of an unhappy, miserable Robin which we know will lead to more weeks and weeks of an unhappy, miserable Robin, countless scenes of Michael pretending he's a man, countless scenes of locked up Jason yelling, countless more scenes of Carly yelling about protecting her kids.

Cripes, this stuff is wretched. Worst of all, I see NO signs that any story can save GH. NOTHING is interesting. I still hate the characters I hated before, and I now hate the characters I used to love. I cannot remember watching a worse soap -- EVER.

Actually I think GH hasn't been bad the last two days. A step up from the usual crap.
