I loved how they played it up for the comedy. Good stuff...lol. I also loved Tawny on the phone telling the sales person that her grandchild is the Spencer heir and that she probably owns his company...lol

Pam showing up to the Jones cousin was SOOOOO random. She has nothing to do with them. Im glad to see her on, but that had me thinking huh?

The show acts like none of the Forreter children exist except Ridge. Thorne, Felicia, Kristen, Bridget, Rick....all gone. Its a shame

I've got a bad feeling that they'll write out Oliver - I guess ZC fans better hope that Oliver is the father of Amber's baby.

I'm enjoying Brooke & Hope - KKL and Kimberly Matula have got a nice onscreen chemistry going on.

I hope Brooke is finished with Ridge and the Forresters forever, or at least for an extended period, I want to see if Brooke and Nick could be a couple again?

Doesn't she work at Forrester Creations? Maybe she just went to Oliver's studio to say hi to him or something ;-). I agree it was pretty random of her to come in there, though. But the show had to find a way for Oliver to get those Big Bear cabin keys somehow, lol.

I've really grown to love ZC on this show! I don't want him to go but I get this feeling as well. Yeah if the baby doesn't turn out to be Oliver's I think ZC might be in danger. He'll be dropped to recurring like the rest of his family, Aggie & Whip. LOL. But...I still think a Liam/Hope/Oliver triangle is viable and could be good!! Hope won't be to pleased with Oliver when she finds out he slept with Amber, though...

Yeah, I think Oliver/Hope/Liam is the way to go. Liam/Hope on their own together, sharing butterfly kisses and dreaming of rainbows and my little ponies just wouldn't be that riveting.

Amber panicking over her baby is  I sort of love that they have this Amber back on B&B -- and that Tawny is her partner in crime. Bill's daydream of pushing Amber over that cliff still makes me LOL sometimes.

Agreed on all points, Cat!!

Todays ending was REDONKULOUS! LMAO!! Everyone's reactions were hilarious and it was all just so OTT. I loved it. Bill cracked me up the most. I can't wait to see what happens on Monday :D

Oliver proposing to Hope blush.gif He is so sweet! He's so head over heels for Hope!

Kinda loved those Brooke/Taylor scenes! I thought they were really nice! ...But I still like them better as enemies!

Loved the Taylor/Brooke scenes! How refreshing and rare it is to see the two women NOT fighting. There scenes were great today. No matter how you feel about either character, KKL and HT have always worked well together. They are one of B&B's iconic duo. I was proud of Brooke and I liked how Taylor hugged her. I dont think Taylor completely trusts her bc she has "given up" on Ridge before, but it was still a good moment. It would be great if Taylor went back to Brooke and told her she didnt want Ridge. That would defiently make for a better twist.

She looked so beautiful today. I know alot of people rag on HT bc of the work she's done, but she's really settled into her looks and its not as glaring or bad as it was when she returned to the show 6 years ago. She looks good.

Oliver proposing to Hope... what a cornball!

The birth scenes were hilarious! I wanted to see the head and what color it was....lol. The screaming and Liam's reactions were just too much

100% agree with this

LOL! I loved it. It came from the heart. I didn't think it was corny at all....Ok maybe a little but I still thought it was soo sweet! I wonder what Hope will say? There's potential for a lot of conflict if she says yes. If she says yes, and Amber gives birth to a Marcus baby, can you imagine Liam gleefully going to Hope and telling her that good news--Only to come and find out that she just said yes to Oliver's proposal? LOL.

Even I thought HT looked really good today. Even the rubber rafts don't look as grossly overinflated as they usually do.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact she's not spitting "sexual predator" at Brooke every five seconds.

She's 18/19....she doesnt need to get married! She better say no. She and Oliver havent been a couple in almost a year. Its stupid of him to think he has any right to just ask her to marry him and jump into a marriage for life. There was no thought of actual practical sens behind this. I really hope she tells him how silly she sounds. It almost reminded me of when Justin just asked Donna to marry him with no buildup and soon

. This show seems to have a pattern of this

Haha! It does help when she isnt acting crazy and is more reserved and calm

Good luck to B&B tomorrow!! I predict the show will sweep Emmy's night (in the main categories writing/directing/drama series), as deserved ;-).

You have good points!

Speaking of people getting engaged/married, what ever happened to Pam & Stephen getting married? I remember they were so excited to be engaged but the wedding still has yet to happen. Pam didn't even say anything about it when she saw Oliver with his engagement ring to Hope the other day.

I loved them together and I dont think the show even remembers they are engaged! LOL...I wish they'd get back to them and have Pam plan her wedding.

BTW, Bill and Steffy made it on the cover to the July 2011 issue of the Asutralian magazine, Soap World. Love it!

    • Today May 11, 2025, Pope Leo briefly addressed the crowd in the square.  He sang the prayer to Mary and then said:   Dear brothers and sisters, The immense tragedy of the Second World War ended eighty years ago, on 8 May, after having claimed sixty million victims. In today’s dramatic scenario of a piecemeal third world war, as Pope Francis stated many times, I too address the world’s leaders, repeating the ever-timely appeal: “Never again war!”. I carry in my heart the sufferings of the beloved Ukrainian people. May everything possible be done to reach an authentic, just and lasting peace, as soon as possible. Let all the prisoners be freed and the children return to their own families. I am deeply saddened by what is happening in the Gaza Strip: may there be an immediate ceasefire! Let humanitarian aid be provided to the stricken civil population, and let all the hostages be freed. On the other hand, I have welcomed with satisfaction the announcement of the ceasefire between India and Pakistan, and I hope that through the upcoming negotiations, a lasting accord may be reached soon. https://www.vatican.va/content/leo-xiv/en/angelus/2025/documents/20250511-regina-caeli.html
    • Lol! I'm quite sure it would.
    • But that is pretty much situation normal for all soaps. They do not tend to continue to show things like surgical scars. They also play fast & loose with hospital procedures.
    • re: prior two posts about Trump's new opulent plane contrasted with utter starvation in Gaza... Trump and Netanyahu are giving "Let them eat cake".  And it's horrific. In 2013, Pope Francis removed a bishop from running the Limburg Germany diocese because he was constructing an opulent 31-million-euro building. This is from Reuters obit of Francis: https://www.reuters.com/world/obituary-pope-francis-shook-up-church-with-simplicity-raising-conservative-ire-2025-04-21/ From the start, Francis sent clear signals to priests and bishops about the type of Church he wanted. He said there was no room for "careerists or social climbers" among the clergy, told cardinals they should not live "like princes," and said the Church should not "dissect theology" in lush salons while there were poor people around the corner. "If investments in banks fall, it is a tragedy and people say 'what are we going to do?' but if people die of hunger, have nothing to eat or suffer from poor health, that's nothing. This is our crisis today. A Church that is poor and for the poor has to fight this mentality," he said early in his papacy. -- Pope Francis stood up for the poor, the unhoused, the migrants of all faiths.  He lived simply and ordered that when he died, that he wished to be interred in a simple wooden coffin. I sincerely hope that the new pope Leo will follow Francis' example.
    • Co Sign!!!!   I have been watching the show regularly over the last few weeks and am pleasantly surprised by how much easier it is to watch each day. This definitely is confirmation for me that Paula and Jeanne wrote the stroke episodes, cause I felt the same way watching those. Could be more exciting for sure, but interactions now make more sense and everything seems to be a bit more character driven which is great. I will add though, there are still about 10 or so characters i'd love to see gone, and hope a few will exit in the future! Otherwise, happy with the changes so far.
    • Sean Freeman looks good in anything. Would not change one thing. Arielle Prepetit looking cute.

    • There is suffering everywhere you look, says mother of emaciated baby girl trapped in Gaza https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/czrv5rl73zdo Quoting excerpts from BBC article: The baby's mother Najwa, 23, is changing Siwar's nappy. She weighs just over 2kg (4lb 6oz). A baby girl of five months should be around or over 6kg. "There was no food when I gave birth to her," says Najwa. "If I wanted to feed myself so I could breastfeed her, I had no nutrients to make my health better... She now only drinks formula milk, and we don't know how we'll be able to provide it for her." Israel has banned international journalists from entering Gaza to report independently. According to Siwar's doctor, Ziad al-Majaida, "Nothing enters through the borders, no milk, food or anything. This leads to big problems here for the kids. This baby needs a specific type of milk. It was available before, but because of the border closure, the stocks have run out for a while now." Since the beginning of the year, according to the UN, about 10,000 cases of acute malnutrition among children have been identified. Food prices have rocketed by as much as 1,400%. Charity kitchens, which have helped hundreds of thousands of Gazans, are shutting as food supplies run out. Twenty-five bakeries supported by the World Food Programme have been forced to close. Israel cut off all humanitarian aid and other supplies from entering Gaza on 2 March, and resumed its military offensive two weeks later The United Nations has said the Israeli blockade constitutes "a cruel collective punishment" on civilians. The UN's humanitarian director, former British diplomat Tom Fletcher, said that international law was unequivocal. "As the occupying power, Israel must allow humanitarian support in... Aid, and the civilian lives it saves, should never be a bargaining chip," he warned. From the BBC reporter: I put this point to Boaz Bismuth, a leading member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party. He (Bismuth) denies there is an aid crisis caused by the blockade. "There is food in Gaza... Israel wouldn't do such a restriction if the population didn't have food. I mean, I know my country perfectly well," he (Bismuth) said. BBC reporter: I put it to Bismuth that he was denying the evidence of people's eyes, that children were starving. "There are not starving children. I repeat again." He (Bismuth) said that there had been allegations months ago of famine, ethnic cleansing and genocide in Gaza "which was crap". ----  ----  ---- A UK-based advocacy group for Israel has the nerve to claim war may reduce obesity in Gaza https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/may/10/uk-lawyers-for-israel-condemned-over-claim-war-may-reduce-obesity-in-gaza
    • Joel Crothers would have been perfect as Owen (maybe because Margo wasn't too far off Denise). A shame he couldn't have played a dual role. Eliot did have more room to grow. I wonder if whatever allegedly happened with Denny Albee played a part in both their exits.
