It's because they were so close to writing him out with yet another charming "psycho vet" story, in fall 2008, before they finally realized that he was probably the only thing that could save Jessica from tanking as a character. So he propped her up until it was time for Ford and Cookie Cutter.

I can answer that. She was/is a poster from the Voy MB and then SOC who supposedly has inside sources that give her info about the ABC soaps, mainly OLTL and AMC. She is def infamous for being an instigator (one of many) during the Evangeline Wars of 2005-2007 always promising the JoVans and Tangies their couple was a coming  Kinda explains why some still jumped to her defense. She stop posting her inside info because all the negativity she was getting and she recently has returned with her column on the Voy MB. I give her credit that some of her predictions or inside info was right on the money, but most of it was kinda obvious.

On topic, I too hope it is Evangeline.

*DEAD* The visual of ML in his cheerleader uniform with two little desperate Vera Demilo pigtails and his Trapper Keeper hugged up by his chest. "Wes, I want you to be my first. " I can't even...

Yep she loved to stir the pot, I lost track of how many times she said "TK is leaving AMC", after all that and her constant wrongness it was OBVIOUS she was pulling [!@#$%^&*] from her ass(no pun  )

She worded stuff vague enough so that if something actually happened she could say "I told you so" it's like saying it's going to rain sometime in the next two weeks and if it does it doesn't mean I am a weather person ;)

Why does everyone think this is OLTL? She always gets all those AMC tidbits from the AMC sources she doesn't have. ;)

It's always this: "As I said, someone was set to come back from the dead, but as we all know, nothing in soaps is for sure. Things change. I just report what I'm told and if it changes, it changes."

and if she's right and someone, anyone, does return from the dead it'll go, "I told you ___ was set to return. It's in the works for months, and anyway that was watching close would have picked up the signs."

I knew she was a hack when she insisted that Josh wasn't the unabortion, swore up, down, left and right. Then when he was, it was, "Oh things change." Now they don' Ct, honey. Not when someone answering Fron's email told me Josh was the unabortion 5 months before the reveal, nothing changed. You just blew [!@#$%^&*] out your a*s to stir the pot.

    • Brooke did ads before ATWT too. That probably helped get her the job. After ATWT she seemed to branch more into hosting, along with ads.  I think I saw Kelley in an ad or two, but you're right she wasn't on as much.
    •   Thanks for sharing these. I wonder if Charles might have been in the running for Adam. I know Preacher was a bit of a bad boy at times on EON, but Neal seemed to be a step down, and Robert Lupone had played a similar part on AMC. Given the huge cast turnover at this point I wonder who thought they had been there long enough to go.  Laura Malone/Chris Rich would get a remote within the next year.
    • Interesting.  It seems to allude to that statement that Warren Burton made around that time about some AW actors getting special treatment.  I wonder who was resentful about not getting to go.
    • Good morning, boys!  I figured that it was time that our Gio was introduced into the hotness thread

@ranger1rg I even included a close up of his face for ya!
    • Under all of Madonna's social media today there is this wave of negative, toxic, absurd comments by Lady Gaga fans telling her how Gaga surpassed her in concert in Copacabana. I mean... Who the hell cares? Why are these fan communities so freaking toxic??? I'm sure Madonna doesn't care... But still. Have some respect for M. Leave her social media alone. Go cheer Gaga and be happy. Why come and spew hate on M??? Crazy world.
    • FYI, again, Ruth/Letitia is not in either of these 2 episodes. So that concludes the 4 episodes I had from Nov. 1983. I don't have the October episodes.
    • Eddie has begun uploading the 1990 episodes. I'm so happy about that. I was mindfully taking a break till there's plenty of episodes I can binge watch when I feel like it. Now that 1989 is complete... I can't wait to press play on February 1989 and resume where I left off.

Me when someone asks me to be proper and demure.
    • This is just a guess but I feel like the fact that they keep mentioning her dead husband is for a reason. We know Martin has a secret that likely involved someone dying. Martin's victim could be Alan which Leslie/Dana either knows about or finds out and she uses that to blackmail the family into letting her crimes slide.
    • Just thinking how the Ruth/Leticia guest spot really cemented how Days had changed. Stunt casting with a campy/comedy character in a 'wacky' storyline was something that a few years previously would have been completely out of place on Days (and most other soaps for that matter).
