AMC and OLTL Canceled!

I saw a site like the Freemantle one before where they had Capitol for sale. Beating my analog-to-digital conversion horse, but there's room on This/Antenna/RTV for those Loving/The City/AMC reruns at 1pm. Something to consider...

I'm going to be vulgar for a second, but if there was a tiny Antenna-like station that aired nothing but daytime and primetime soaps (SOAPnet without the pressure to do well), I'm sure I'd cum.

Wow, that's really interesting. I just checked out his page. He's got some really nice tweets. He seems like a nice guy. :D

This one :(

"When you have someone leading a cast like @susan_lucci, it makes the rough days a little easier to deal with. I love #AMC and always will."

I know OLTL is supposed to be under budget, but I wonder if the situation on OLTL is same & that some people are going to leave early to free up money.

I'm so sorry for making fun of his acting. :(

Seriously ABC, through us a bone and give these shows whatever money they need for a satisfying ending.

So Trent Garrett who plays Asher Pike on AMC tweeted this:

Trent_Garrett: A little sad news personally. Money is very tight at #AMC so some actors may not make it to the end. I'll be fine if I am one of them, if it means bringing some of your favorites back and making the last days special.

Whatever I think of TG's acting abilities, I just gained a lot of respect for the kid.

I was worried this would happen though: they don't have the time or the money to do things right. Sad sad sad...

ETA: IIRC late July/ early August '09 was when they had to do the dance marathon because there was no money left and, thus, no set changes. So if that is when money runs out maybe that will be the finale: Fusion Dance Marathon: The Sequel.

That was nice of Trent to say. And yes we'd like to see some favorites paging David and Julia (Adam and Brooke) among others.

In a lot of markets (like NYC), CBS airs TPIR then has local programming for 30 minutes before Y&R airs.

Anyone here from the Washington DC area we will be staging a Protest at the ABC-7 WJLA Headquarters in Rosslyn on April 26th.

Oh no, not the protests again...

You're free to join Gladys, Marge and me when we fly out to Boise affiliate to protest. I'm sure Marge has a spare "SAVE OUR RYLEE" picket sign she can lend you. smile.gif By golly, we're gonna save this show!
