I am just waiting for The View to also become the #1 Daytime show in the 18-49 demo usurping Y&R.:lol:

That will be happening pretty soon. The way Y&R is right now...its only a matter time.

Brad Bell deserves a drop in demos. These anti-smoking/cancer/homelessness PSA are preachy as well as badly done. B&B has a young, sexy canvus yet does nothing productive or worth while with characters such as Oliver, Hope, Liam or even vets like Leslie Kay.

B&B has so much great talent but the show is just so disorganized. You'd think Bell, along with input from from Kay Adlen and Jack Smith, could get this soap on track. Maybe CBS was smart to pull the latter far away from Y&R.

All soaps should be down since the numbers were inflated due to the blizzard, so don't be too disappointed that OLTL went down for a huge week.

Thanks, Toup, no surprise those were blizzard inflated numbers just like last week in December's were spiked by bad snow. Curious did B&B again buck the trend and post a gain?

And now that the weather is warmer....almost 90 here today..crazy...lol...people should be out and about and not watchin soaps.

But we are expecting another cold blast next Friday...

So strange how B&B can do so well in HHs yet basically struggle in all key demos. I thought the addition of so much 'teen' eye candy might help more. I still wonder how Bell can afford such a big cast?

Looking at those dailies I'm more convinced in the theory somebody here posed that the reason that ABC canned reruns is because advertisers balked at paying the same price for time on days when they would only reach a fraction of the audience. If I were a media buyer I'd be ticked.

Wow, OLTL! Looks the baby storyline did keep the numbers up. Love those 2.1's for Wednesday and Thursday, and almost hit 3 million viewers on Thursday. if Monday hadn't been so low they probably could have gained viewers this week.

It's mid-2009 again with the ABC ratings.

I guess GH will go back to the top soon, with the promotion for the wedding episodes, and yet another

car bomb.

That always gets the viewers in.

B&B has no heart without the Spectras and does have a long list of used up characters. They have basically lost interest in most of the storytelling in order to tell PSAs. Brad Bell seems more interested in media attention than in viewers.
