They asked about the move to LA. She likes LA, but is a New Yorker at heart. Showed a picture of her new granddaughter, so cute. She just told the story of her accident. :( And that's about the end of it. But it was good. She looked good. Regis was a little clueless, but Lisa Rinna did alright.

I knew about her accident, I'm surprised they didn't. That's why AMC did the Phantom Erica storyline after all. I'm surprised she didn't mention that.

"When Lucci and All My Children were introduced to the world in 1971..."

1970

I think our Looch is perfectly fine with them flubbing the year as long as they keep flubbing to the right of the timeline

That's nice, Susan, Liza, and Hayden all share the middle name Victoria, Susan's dad's name was Victor.

Man, she is tiny. Besides the bowing in the beginning, I think Lisa did a very nice not at all obnoxious job here. She didn't even work in the fact that she's a former soap star. Honestly, I kind of appreciated Kelly (who I love, don't get me wrong) not being there to interject.

Did anyone watch her interview on Fox & Friends? I recorded it (since it came on at like 4am or something) and I'm sitting here watching it now before I go to school and these people dont know WTH they are talking about. This girl didn't even know the show moved to LA yet, she thought it was a rumor just like the cancellation stuff. LOL. Also Susan once again mentioned this upcoming S/L she's beginning taping for Erica, but she's keeping her mouth shut. She seems excited about it.

This appearance on Gayle King is pretty awesome.

~ The guy she was in the car accident went was her fiance!

~ Susan still has a copy of her audition scene. It consists of Erica getting ready for a tutoring session with Phil as Mona...Monas about Erica putting on mascara instead of studying math.

~ They talk about the cancellation rumors, and she says something about how ABC has her "scheduled" into next year or something like that.

~ The grandkids call her "Grammy" They should call her Emmy!

I really hope this is a real storyline and not just a plot point like she's opening a fashion house. How juicy can this be if she's away this summer.

^She said it lasts into the fall. I'm cautiously optimistic...I think. As long as it's not more men trouble, I can live with it. I think. Maybe.

Erica's best and most memorable storylines are the ones where she is just being totally and utterly over-the-top and outrageous, and all of the people who care about her are just up to their elbows in "Where the hell is Erica?/What the hell is Erica doing?" That's kinda why I enjoyed the initial Erica/Caleb stuff because she was out there doing her own thing. If they can give me another story like that for her that lasts a few months, I'm all for it.

    • Kate previously shadow directed or directed some scenes? on Days before GH, so it's been a passion of hers for a bit.
    • Who is monitoring her spending? Maybe the upshot is that Leslie is spending way beyond her means and she'll end up broke again. The house will be repossessed etc, Part of her comeuppance.
    • Kimberly McCullough shadowed at GH and completed an ABC directing program, but I don’t believe she was ever credited as director or given an episode of her own to do. One of the reasons why she got work so quickly was because she had multi-cam knowledge from years on soaps.
    • Do not apologize for this. I was thinking just today it's bringing me fond memories of when I was a teen of Angie and Jessie. Jenny and Greg, Philip and Beth. And although they were teens, Steve and Betsy.  I like a good teen story.
    • Yeah Suzanne mentions Y&R here  (no spoilers in the article) https://www.tvinsider.com/1227485/days-of-our-lives-suzanne-rogers-anniversary-maggie-storylines-mickey-victor/
    • I wonder if she may be transitioning to behind the scenes.  How many GH actors have also directed while acting on the show?
    • Despite my wish that Ric get revenge on Alexis and the gang, I really enjoyed their scenes today. RH and NLG have honestly never lost their chemistry with one another. Seems like Carly genuinely let herself give into Brennan today and regret it. Also just cause I smoked earlier it, it randomly hit me for the first time in over a decade. They had Michael murder Claudia played by the actress that played all of the most important early Michael stories. Kinda twisted lol
    • -- I love a good build, and the show has made me look forward to Winterfest. But some things seem so forced.  -- For example, the Vernon/Sharon meetups. GMAB. It's so obvious what this is and they're playing it too hard for too long.  I think one purpose is to make Leslie look like a fool, but it's hard to take. Is the tour over for Sharon? Does she sit in the hotel room all day long waiting for Vernon? Is he paying her bills? It's dumb.  -- Leslie is an awful human. I don't think she gives a rat's ass about Peaches. She cares more about Eva's sex life.  -- Izaiah and Eva have nice chemistry, but their conversation seemed forced to me. Didn't sound like first date dialogue and was too on the nose.  -- Shanice was great in taking down Leslie. I'm so glad the writing didn't have Leslie land the biggest smackdown. Dr. Wilkes was also great.  -- Again, Leslie is spending like she's worth a bajillion dollars. This has to be written for laughs.  -- I've done a complete turnaround on June. I now think she's a great addition.  -- Martin and Smitty are so concerned that Tyrell learn about Banneker that they call in a guy who started work there this week?

-- Tyrell is so much more mature than Samantha. I hate the way she treats him and talks about him in front of others.  She really sat there and asked Jessica why she's even with Tyrell. Samantha is pathetic.    Screenshot time: -- If I can get Fish & Fries at Orphey Gene's for $5, why is a glass of juice $4 ? -- That Mr & Mr sign at Martin and Smitty's is beyond lame and tacky.
    • So do I. Jack actually treats her like an equal partner. And he’s done far less evil things Nikki has just to ignore including to his own kids than Victor any day.
    • This 11/17 episode was extremely lazy and boring. That Adam and Chelsea opening scene was so cringe and out of character for both.  Billy Flynn is being wasted and I was only interested in Claire and Holden.    Every character feels the same with no actual personality.
