I loved the scene at the end with all the Kiriakises toasting to Vivian's demise. The family all deserve each other.

Now it is time for Vivian to teach them all a lesson.

Here is the cast photo in formal wear.

Niiice. Wish it was bigger/higher res so I could use it as my wallpaper, but hey, beggars can't be choosers. Thanks!

I love Alison Sweeney's porn star attitude pose. It is so OTT. I find it interesting this almost lock-step abandonment of ties for this shoot. So I am really impressed with young Chandler Massey for not only wearing a tie (and vest) but coming off as the best dressed of the younger set (and quite a few of the oldsters). I think I have to give the best put together awards to Bill Hayes and Kristian Alfonso. They both look great, as does Suzanne Rogers, who found just the perfect color for herself.

No problem, I just posted the hi-res the website must've added later. It is a great picture but I don't understand Alison's pose of choice. I guess that's a "Sami" expression, though.

And I hate how inevitably the people on the sides of wide shots become wider, it's weird. And how people closer to the camera are bigger, but I think they managed that well in the photo.

Love the groupings primarily by family with some couples thrown in, too. Looks like we're headed for Philip/Chloe again, as well as Nathan/Melanie and probably Daniel/Carly. I don't even watch anymore but those are my guesses based on placements.

Does anyone else here think Nicole may end up being Sydney's mother? It is just odd that they are playing up their relationship again. Not a spoiler, just pure speculation.

I know she is going to use the info on Sami to get to see Sydney, but why? It just seems odd. Maybe they will make Sydney the EJole baby, say that somehow Dr. Baker got rid of the EJami baby or it died. That way that clears things for Sami and Rafe to have a baby.

I've wondered that about this for awhile. I hope they do go this route.

I noticed some different directing techniques in today's episode of DAYS. Really liked them, especially when they shot Kate from the perspective of the fireplace. Loved that! Also the long shots of Philip/Kate/Victor/Nicole/Brady/Philip towards the end. The close two shot between Philip & Brady inside the sarcophagus room was interesting. Lots of different techniques were used today that I really liked... glad to see them being more flexible, they are definitely upping things production wise. I can't wait to see the show in HD next week...

If you see awesome camera shots, it's Noel Maxam (he was trained at Y&R). No offense to the other DAYS directors, but he seems like the only one who tries and moves the camera. I remember he did a mirror shot in the Dimera mansion a couple months ago. At first I didn't know what set it was because I never seen it shot like that.

I guessed Friday's ep was Richard Culliton's episode too based on the Kiriakis Clan's scenes - when the scripts are brilliant, it's usually Richard's.

I so agree. How many times I have watched an episode and been surprised at how good it was. And said outloud- I bet Richard Culltion wrote the script. And He did. He really is a great script writer. You can tell a difference in the episodes he writes.
