    • I noticed on Monday that Vernon mentioned someone named Titus, I am assuming he's the driver. @Soaplovers I threw it out there that perhaps the Hawthorne's needed to be the rival family, I believe it could've helped Naomi/Jacob marriage immensely.
    • New Pope has taken the name Leo IV.  He was born Robert Provost, comes from Chicago, and spent many years working in Peru, and has or had Peruvian citizenship. Due to all of Provost's work in Peru, I think the late Pope Francis may have regarded him as a fellow South American, symbolically. • Not once, at least in my area, has Beyond the Gates been interrupted for "news". Nor do I need the history lesson as a decades-long soap watcher. In remembering World Turns versus General Hospital at the 2 p.m. hour, CBS is less likely to interrupt in comparison to ABC. This isn't an interruption of [another] school shooting, the orange monster announcing more things to ruin this country, or weather personnel telling us it is raining outside (when we can see it raining outside); it's the election of a new Pope. That's a major thing, especially for a lot of people who are deep in their faith. Would I rather my show be on? Yes. But am I going to absolutely lose my damn mind over it? No. I'm not. This is not an everyday occurrence (the election of the Pope). This isn't new, and yet people⏤not just here⏤continue to act as if it is a new thing and that it's the end of the world as they know it. It's not.
    • cbs has always been the worst. when dan rather was the anchor, he was always the first one in and the last one out!
    • Only getting one new episode of BTG over a six-day period is crazy.
    • It's airing in Canada so I'm going to keep my fingers crossed they just put it on Paramount Plus.
    • Yep that's usually how it works. It's how ABC used to do it with their soaps. If it didn't air more than 30 minutes they considered it a full pre emption and it got pushed back a day
