I wouldn't be shocked if that was a plot change (cuz of a casting spoiler that anyone who reads the front page of SON would know)

But that aspect surprised me too, I suspect it was changed at some point, because for a while it seemed certain that Shaun did know...

I've thought Des was Greg's for some time. When it became clear Eli was blackmailing him, his being Destiny's dad was my first guess. That had nothing to do with any spoilers at the time and I'm not going to censor myself because Toups is less quick on the draw than half the board. 90% of the time this show is just that obvious.

I just watched Thursdays episode. Wtf is with Natalie asking Greg questions? Im surprised she didnt arrest him and read him his rights too! And when she kept saying we, Im like theres no we, ur not a cop!!! Grr theyre making her annoying!

HTM2.0 did the right thing by putting spoiler tags. But people replied to that spoiler without using spoiler tags. That was main concern.

I like that... HTM2.0, haha. My bad if my spoiler tagged post was what caused "the leak"!

Anyways... I wonder how long Marty will be in the John/Brody/Nat story- and if she'll ever get a story of her own after that. It seems like she'll find out that Nat's baby could be Brody's- if she doesn't already suspect that based on what she heard on Friday. Depending on what happens with Starr/Cole/Hope and her emotional state after that, she might actually become pretty vindictive and revengeful against Natalie... I'm interested to see that side of Marty but I really don't want her to be pulled too far out of character. Although the fact that she and John lost their baby, and now Natalie is LYING to John about that fact that he is definitely the father- it might be more about her not wanting John to be put through losing a child again than her exposing Natalie out of revenge.

Especially now that Cole's leaving,

Marty seems to be in more and more danger of having absolutely no purpose or place on the show. They really need to get it together with her and Kelly.

I think Marty lost out when the backlash for the rapemance was much stronger than OLTL had imagined. Todd can't look bad, and John is just kind of there, so Marty paid the price.

No offense to SH, but I'm afraid I must agree. The only thing that would have saved her was if OLTL had managed to bag TK. You know they would have ran out of ink for Marty if she had TK's Patrick in her life.

They should have kept Wes around.

Or put Marty with Brody.

I've never been much of a Marty fan but she's at least a part of Llanview and its history, and not some thing stuck to the middle of the screen.

And given that making Kelly work is OLTL's priority things don't look too good for SH especially since Blair & Tea have their own drama.

If Greg is Destiny's father, then I really wonder who her mother is. My guess is someone with genes stronger than his.

Re: Destiny's appearance, I think it's pretty evident that the Evans genes are strong enough, he's the exception in that fam.

Maybe Marty could be paired with that new character being played by Josh Kelley. I think she may get with Brody. I took it as foreshadowing/chemistry testing when he went to her for advice. They will make Ford the father of Jessica's baby and John/Natalie will have theirs. (I mean, would they honestly let John "lose", and have Brody be the father? I don't think so.)

SH has said before that she likes not working alot, so she can spend time with her family. I actually thinks its in her contract (one that she just renewed a couple months ago)

I agree Eric. If the TPTB wanted SH gone they would have done so. I hope that her suspicions of Brody being to interested in Natalie's pregnancy let her get some of her backbone and spunk back. I don't know why but for some reason every time Nat is paired with John she bugs me. I realize that they have a mass following but I just don't get it. So here's to Marty getting mixed up in there business. Overall I really was entertained by Friday's episode and I'm looking forward for Monday's show.
