I've never seen Alma either, outside of photos. Lisa's dad was Henry Miller played by Louis Van Rooten. I think he was killed off in the early-mid 60's. My thoughts are that Henry/Alma were seen occasionally and then a widowed Alma moved to Oakdale at some point. Edited July 20Jul 20 by Paul Raven

I remember Lisa and Alma from the mid-1960s, and Alma was a widow by that time. Not sure how many actresses played Alma, but the longest running actress in the role was Ethel Remey. Perfect casting and a great foil for Lisa's shenanigans. Edited July 20Jul 20 by Tisy-Lish

I suppose that wasn't a bad way to redeem Lisa for viewers (certainly a better idea than her being gang raped...). 7 minutes ago, Tisy-Lish said: Never knew about Lisa's father being around, but anything is possible. I'm so glad you were able to see those moments. I hope some shows up eventually.
July 20Jul 20 Member Eileen Fulton and Ethel Remey. This photo is likely from the 1970s. Edited July 20Jul 20 by Tisy-Lish

July 20Jul 20 Member I've just heard the news, and I'm heartbroken. RIP, Queen Eileen. Ugh. All my Oakdale faves are leaving us with each passing year.
July 20Jul 20 Member She lived a full and wonderful life on screen and off screen. She was one of a kind. RIP
July 20Jul 20 Member I feel like the word “vivacious” was created for Eileen Fulton. She was truly one of a kind, and I yearn to see more of Lisa’s true heyday in the 60s and 70s.
July 20Jul 20 Member Of the long-time (as in 30+ years) As the World Turns cast members that are past age 80, I believe Don Hastings, Larry Bryggman, and Marie Masters are the last ones left of that generation. If I'm missing any please add.
