Oh, please let me be the one to send the board into a tizzy....Lisa was played by Anne Sayre (the brilliant NY stage performer who portrayed Mitzi for years on ATWT. And she did a good Lisa impression - her odd cadences, delivery and missed words/flubbed lines included!) According to the credits, Gregg Marx was supposed to play Tom but there were technical issues so Trent read his part (and Casey's - again due to tech issues.)

It was an absolute joy to watch those actors together again being silly and having fun "being together" again. Seeing the original Roseanna and Tom Wiggins as Craig was fun. Agim was the best choice for Holden since Jon wouldn't do it. Alex Chando as Lily was the only off choice for me but, as she played Trent's sister AND Zack Roerig was supposed to be there, I see why they went with it.)

'Twas an hour delightfully spent.

I thought you weren't posting here anymore, but thank you for answering my questions. I didn't expect Eileen to participate, to be honest, and I just hope she is living comfortably and at peace. Anne Sayre is a fine actress. As for Tom, I'm sure Trent was fine. It's not as if he had anything to do at the end anyway.

Margaret Reed played Susan. I was hoping Marie Masters would've been there. I was hoping for Scott Bryce to be there but Wiggins filled in and the fans were thrilled to see him.

Alan said the response to the reunion was received well that they were planning on future ATWT reunions for charity.

Me too on both counts. Liz, Don, Kathryn and Larry were all there. There was an opening, mid bumper with Dan Region and closing credits with a new

and the first theme music playing in the background...lol.

It's so lovely of them to do this for fans when we need the comfort of soaps more than ever, especially considering Larry's bad blood with the show. P&G and so many others in soapland did not care about what soaps meant to people.

I hope Irna was somewhere watching, at least (likely with a long list of complaints...). This is what she created ATWT for.

It was awesome.

I actually enjoyed the interaction after the script more than the reading itself. It was interesting to see some of the actors meeting for the first time, finding out who had met whom before, despite the different eras.

No doubt a lot of work and schedule rearranging went into making this happen. Kudos to everyone involved.

Melanie Smith had forgotten she had met Michael Park at a MB gathering....lol

Yvonne Perry giving glowing reviews of Maura acting and mentioning it wasn't this Mike...refering to Mark Collier(who looked so hot) to which Alan said let me move you together to do introduce yourself or something like that...lol.

The stories of Benjamin...Colleen admitting they weren't that close but more to do with his demons.....

Douglas Marland love along with director Paul Lammers.

Wiggins saying his favorite storyline was Bob stalker. What a brilliant writer Doug was.

How Renee Props was such a good actress and underappreciated.

His blowup with a backstage crew member who the actors didn't like.

The more I read about how P&G operated, their machinations, the more I begin to understand why Phillips may have been the way she was. She, not had quite a few character flaws but knowing how the industry treats women today, could you imagine how bad it must have been back then? There must have been many bitter pills to swallow.

    • When I was a kid, I would watch DOOL with my mom. I remember Denise as Susan so well. And later, of course, on GH. How sad to hear she has passed. RIP.
    • I have to dig that scene up on YT. I'm glad they gave them some kind of happy ending, even if it was really late. Interesting! I remember Justin and Sarah being involved, but I either forgot or never caught their backstory. The girl with money and social position of course turns out to be Jackie. He sort of did to Sarah what Vanessa did to his brother! I do remember Justin started out as not the greatest guy. Kind of a horn dog. It's only when Ross comes on that he becomes the "good" brother. I only have some vague memories of Ben and Hope, mostly of when they were in a positive relationship. He certainly changed over time. "Chill" would be the way I would describe Ben (along with "handsome but kind of a yawn") for most of his time on GL, so hearing he once had a violent temper is very surprising.
    • Yes. That's called good writing.
    • interesting idea.  That makes sense, as MVJ seems to have set up each character development (traits) for future plot developments.
    • I really enjoyed today's episode. It showcased a lot of the other cast and I saw hints of storyline potential (Smitty & Bill). Martin definitely has some anger issues and I recall him being overly scared about protecting his family and having all the doors locked, coming out of one of his "dreams". There's obviously a lot going on there and I can't wait to find out more. I'm thinking June is going to be more than just the issue story of the week. I think she just might be related to one or more of our main characters. As for Tomas, yes, Alex Alegria is not the strongest actor, but he's pretty to look at and he emotes something. I'm just not sure what that something is yet.
    • No. Absolutely No. I don't know who this is... since it's just some random Twitter quote... But NO. The only parallel between OG Caroline's leukemia and Liam's tumor... is that they are both having cancer. That's it. Other than that... I see absolutely no similarities.  Caroline hid her sickness almost till the last moment. She was also giving the viewers signs that she is not well for days if not weeks before the diagnosis. It was not like Liam... falling down and hitting his head on a table and bam he has a tumor. Caroline's storyline broke our hearts, because of her attempt to live out the rest of her days with dignity and grace. It was written slowly and with care. What we are seeing right now with Liam is the complete opposite. It's begging the viewers for empathy and cheap tears. It's so in your face and trashy... I can't believe they are using cancer for something like this. Bradley Bell should never do terminal stuff again in his stories. It's borderline offensive to people who actually have lost relatives to cancer. To me it is.
    • I was thinking that June could be Kat's mother and Eva is Nicole and Ted's.
