Members DRW50
Looks like the ratings are in. 6.9, and not that great in the prized 18-49 demo. I guess for all the hype of the melting plastic people just wanted to see the old favorites. http://blogs.ajc.com/radio-tv-talk/2012/06/12/dallas-comes-back-after-two-decaddes-this-time-on-tnt/
Members frequentsoapfan
I too thought Elena was plain as hell and could care less if they fight over her.
Members Y&RWorldTurner
http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/dallas-premiere-ratings-tnt-337831 Let's see if they can keep any momentum, or if this will fall and crash fast in coming weeks. Members wingwalker
Yeah, while a solid start, I can't help but think TNT is disappointed with those numbers given the hype, promotion and the "Dallas" name.
Members JaneAusten
Not. Great considering all the promotion. Guess we'll see if they hold up. 1.5 in the 18 to 49 demo
Members ChitHappens
Really good start, but I expected higher out of the gate.

Members DRW50
Dallas is a long ago show and mostly known for nostalgia purposes, so I think they must have (I hope) not expected too much. This isn't as good as it should have been with the promo, but is OK. I do think the 1.5 demo will hurt the show most of all, but I blame that on such bad casting for the younger roles. I don't believe anyone would tune into the show to see these rejects.
Members Y&RWorldTurner
TNT's core demographic is 25-54, not 18-49.
Members DRW50
I thought they probably wanted 18-49 from this, with so much emphasis on younger actors. I wonder what the 25-54 was.
Members ER Tosh
It is fitting that with the mixed feelings that I have for this new Dallas the reactions I have for the ratings are also mixed. I can't tell if the ratings are great, average or horrible lol.
Members Y&RWorldTurner
The two-hour premiere also drew 1.926 million adults 18-49 and 2.482 in TNT's favorable adults 25-54 demo.
Members YRBB
OMG, whimsical music.... Noooooo! Dear God, WHY? Enough with the "funny" [!@#$%^&*]!
Members Khan
Don't most new shows lose viewers in the second and third weeks? I'm just saying.
Members All My Shadows
The original Dallas had whimsical music for whimsical scenes, too.
