Apparently Thom Bierdz said on his Facebook: Given Y&R's desperate need to kill off longterm characters for about a half a second of overwrought drama, I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. I'm sure Nina and Phillip will go off to fight the evil cattle rustlers while almost all the focus is on the iconic Maggie, Jonathan, and Bianca.
