Other smug heifers like Carly on GH would NEVER be shown in such a way. But somebody clearly forgot that Giggles is on Y&R's Heroes list. OMG, seeing her screech as she tugged at her dress -- while Heather on her cell totally ignored her -- was made of win. And then -- BOOM! I suppose it's too much to hope for BBQed Heffa.
