Re: Cheap on RHOBH.

While I do see that there is a gang up on Lisa mentality on RHOBH, it doesn't make me feel like Lisa is a light. I feel like Lisa holds a grudge like no other in the cast and it's hard to penetrate. She wears her s--t way better than Nene but it's still s--t. It feels like you're getting nowhere and never will. I loathed Kyle for a few seasons but what I enjoyed about her this past season is she showed an ability to move on. Kyle will always have an issue with Lisa - they're both very alpha. I don't dislike any of the women on RHOBH but the main storylines are s--t: everyone has a problem with Lisa leading to indignant Lisa, Brandi puts her foot in her mouth and somebody whines about it for at least half the season. If they could somehow shift the storylines. For that, I could live without Lisa AND BRANDI in the cast. I'd like them both to be in the cast but I have no interest in the storylines and their storylines dominate. The series feels to me like NJ felt to me the season before last.

I loved Kathy too - I'm on her side! :)

I really enjoyed Ladies of London. I love the dynamic of mixing the Americans with the Brits... and Americans having a very hard time being accepted by British elite. I've been to London so many times and I just adore that city, so this show is really close to my heart. British tabloids and the press are soooo shady and fierce when it comes to their reporting - it's amazing.

I loved the LOL premiere. I dozed off due to being tired from work and missed the last few minutes. Tried to watch it twice and dozed off again. LOL!!! But I loved how it was set up and being able to get into it more on a 2nd viewing. And the fact that WOW!!!! This women are some rich bitches. And their backgrounds I found so fascinating...especially, Annabelle aka the Juliet Landau lookalike. She has already been set up as a tragic figure and the fact that the persona that she has and everyone around her appear to go with as well is that she is a 'don't f*uck with me' woman.

I suspected I would like her.

But LOVE her. So sad.

NYC was awesome tonight. Trash and George are both unappealing to me but when George said he was going to lick his hand and put it on Ramona's vagina at her funeral I was disturbed. This man is sick and Aviva's psycho ass never takes him to task for it. Poor Cody I hope she doesnt really have this man's babies after he dies. No need in having those genes carry on anymore than they already have.

Grandpa Creep was also reaching accusing Trash of being a full out racist. Ignorant and impulsive? Sure and that behavior from her doesnt discriminate against any race.

The Drunk is a mess. I did feel bad for her since she's broke and the other ladies won so much money.

LuAnn is continuing to be entertaining and I loved how Heather refused to coddle the Drunk.

Yes!

Honestly I feel a very similar way. When people only watch for one wife it's reflective much more on a bad story, not really the wives. BH has always had a problem of being false. They have all these issues they don't really discuss, a lot of the story is off screen, and what made me like Brandi was she brought it all up.

BH needs better stories. ATL two seasons ago was truly awful and boring and came back with the exact sane cast and was interesting and a great season. BH could do it, but these ladies need to actually have a story. People whine when reality shows create conflict and story, but it's needed.

And so much yes on that nene/Lisa comparison.

    • Yeah I’m confused how wearing baggier clothing wouldn’t just make him even smaller. I have no problem with his fashion at all. He’s a well put together man.
    • The problem is that foyer doesn't look like it has ANY connection to that garbage glitter trash living room at Bill and Hayley's. I have to disagree strongly with both of you on Andre's wardrobe. I like it -- a lot. I don't think anything about it is dated, but that he looks like a guy who cares about fashion. Andre is a short king, but I don't want to see him lost in baggy clothes or chunky sweaters.

    • I have this nagging feeling we think of different ones as the best! Care to fulfill my curiosity? Which are you thinking of?
    • the famous babyswitch. the best babyswitch imo
    • Yes, it has. It was seen in the episodes when Dani broke into the house while Hayley and Bill were on their honeymoon. Dani and a Fairmont Crest security guard were also shown outside the house's entrance. Bill and Hayley were seen in the foyer when they returned. I imagine the set will resurface when there's a need for it.
    • There is some kind of arrangement going on between Justin and Evie, who seems to be caring for Sam. I'm not sure, but she may even be living there with Justin and Phillip. Phillip inviting Evie at least makes a little more sense (if the guest list was limited to women Vanessa liked, it would've only consisted of Trish and Helena. lol)  Maybe it was more common to hang on to performers, back in the day? Instead of immediately kicking them to the curb? Evie hadn't had much to do after Chet was revealed to be her stalker. With Rita, Jackie and Ben gone, there weren't many on the canvas she'd really worked with, other than Ross. They could've pivoted her back to Ross, instead of letting him languish love-less for nearly a year other than goo-goo eyeing Amanda. Nowadays, there might've been a moment written Jordan and Janet, an eye-wink to the audience about them having previously worked together.
    • I 100% agree that Bill and Haley's set would work better as a bedroom. I also think it might have made more sense to give them a penthouse instead of a mansion. Realistically they aren't going to have the room for multiple mansions, even with the larger studios. A more open concept penthouse would've been fine. I also wish more people lived together. The age confusion kinda messes that up but I would at least have Chelsea living with Dani. If Martin were Anita and Vernon's child (as he should be), I'd have these families living together as well. By doing that, the space used for Martin and Smitty's house could be used to build a dining room for the Dupree home and I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to throw a couple bedrooms in as needed.
    • CBS primetime was such a mess in the 1990s. 1990/91 fourth consecutive third place finish. 1991/92 to 1993/94 some signs of life but it didn't last.  1994/95 to 1999/2000 another primetime mess era. 1995 the sale to Westinghouse and Les Moonves arrived. The only bright spots were Touched by an Angel becoming a Top 10 show and Everybody Loves Raymond starting to show growth. CBS primetime would have a comeback in 2000 with the premieres of Survivor and CSI and Everybody Loves Raymond becoming a Top 10 show, and the rest is history.
