I felt the same while watching. Their old-school trailer trash is stopping in for a visit, plus we get to see plenty of LVP. And of course, the forever fan favorite Camille Donatacci Grammer!

Of course, after the past few seasons, we fear a letdown, yet there's always a sparkle to BH that draws me in.

The only enticing parts of the trailer was when LVP, in a coldblooded tone, told Dorit she really didn't love her, and when Ken shut Kyle's a** down.

The trailer looks heavily edited and while it is trending now, I see the episodes plummeting to hell. It does appear that Teddi is VERY messy this season. Someone posted a pic of the text LVP was holding up to Dorit and Vile Kyle, and it looks like Teddi was stirring the pot.

And of course, Rinna would turn her fangs on Camille. Outside of LVP, who refused to give her shine, she had to target Camille, who happens to be the second fave of the show. While I don't agree with Camille supporting Kavanaugh, it is her opinion and you just have to respect it. You don't have to like it but whatever. It is obvious that Rinna is looking for a new target. What is odd to me is that Rinna is scolding Camille for supporting Kavanaugh when rumors have been swirling that Kim's insinuation in Amsterdam a few seasons back might've been about Harry allegedly doing some unsavory activity to women too.

The RHOBH promo looked way better than I expected! I had no idea Kim and Brandi we’re back. I’m most excited to see Kim, clearly the greatest housewife of all time. I hope she stays long enough to torment Kyle.

Im happy to see Vanderpump isn’t letting those hoes breathe. I didn’t expect her to come off as strong as she did. I hope she tears Dorit’s ass up!🥰

Looks pretty good! Although I expect the wheels to fall off once LVP gives them all the finger. Obviously Brandi and Kim were brought on because without LVP this show is as good as dead. And what's with the shitty slide show words? It's distracting and cheap as f*ck!

This trailer is a lot better than the one for last season. It helps that Bravo have essentially been trailing RHOBH via viral marketing for the past six months.

But seriously, in this trailer you can pick out about 3 potentially interesting SLs. For BH, that is a LOT of story. I loved everything Lisa Vanderpump. And this year there seems to be absolutely no bullshit about her. I am still STUNNED that nobody cares a jot about Dorit dumping a puppy at some animal shelter.... but LVP talks to TMZ about it, and she's the guilty party? Amazing. I'm sure she will get pilloried for the "You know I love you... Actually I don't" remark. I loved it!

What is also amazing is that Erika seems to be defending LVP or at least seeing her side of things. I had always hoped that LVP and Erika would be closer. They have a lot in common in many ways, more than Kyle and LVP.

You know, despite many predicting this season will be her last, I think it might end up being the reinvigoration/reinvention of LVP on RHOBH.

Kyle still the only one honking in laughter at her own jokes. Ugh. Ken sounded DONE with her.

I am liking what I see of Denise Richards. If Brandi is here to bitch and moan about how LVP Jedi-mind-tricked the audience into getting her fired, she can suck it.

Camille is only a FOH? How?? She gets married, her house burns down, and she's fighting with Rinna. Three wins IMO. What more do you need to hold a diamond? I don't know what to make of her Kavanaugh support (he was a mediocre choice and totally unfit IMO) but I still like Camille.

Rinna and Erotika were not in the trailer as much as I expected. Hmmm. Snipers from the side? Rinna has been throwing potshots at LVP from her Instagram for months. I hope RHOBH shows the post with the pills in the cupcakes that Rinna posted on LVP's birthday.

The new seasons doesn't start til FEBRUARY though!

That trailer had such a mix of stuff that felt very much scripted for TV (Rinna and Camille arguing about Justice I Like Beer) stuff that was all too real (Camille losing her house) and stuff that was likely real but which LVP added some TV-friendly entertaining relish to (the stuff with Kyle and Dorit).

I had to laugh at Kim returning just to get into a messy fight with someone and then say, yet again, that she was done.

Another fun episode of RHOA! This cast is starting to gel and let loose. I loved the little competition and all the humor with Porsha maybe being pregnant.

Now the main event was Shamari and Marlo fighting. I don’t understand why Shamari got so upset. She’s very defensive about her Citi Trends fashions, but I would’ve just told Marlo no and keep it moving. I didn’t think it was a big enough deal to argue over when Marlo was trying to help her. She looks terrible and the girl is gorgeous. I guarantee you if she gets a second season she’ll have a makeover.

The surprise for me was Miss Tanya. This girl EARNED that peach and I’m so upset that we have to see a minimized version of her story because she seems educated, youthful and fun. I’ll admit she doesn’t photograph the best so I assumed she was this mid-to-late 40s wife with two kids. I’m shocked how different she is from my perception and also how beautiful she looks on the show. Nene pulled out old school season 2 Nene with the jealousy. The girl did absolutely nothing wrong and Nene is coming for her. Tf?! That was truly bizarre! I can’t wait to see how this develops.

Its a damn shame too because Nene was having a good season. Once again she’s her own worst enemy.

    • This opening scene is hilarious...it's like someone wrote out the script for Philip with one hand. And Rick...I haven't seen so much scarf-sniffing since Blue Velvet. And in their next scene they are still sniffing the [!@#$%^&*] scarf. Did our dear David Lynch watch GL?

Bay City better be ready, because I'm back!   At Vicky's apartment she is once again drowning in doubts and jealousy. Deep down she realizes that her dream wedding will be a farce and nothing can change that. Bridget tries to calm her down, but the heroine is determined to suffer. She is not hearing any positive thoughts. She doesn't believe Jamie will marry her. At the Cory Publishing building another farce is in process. Iris, once again pretending to be the angel of love and sisterhood... is telling Mac and Rachel some wonderful news. When Iris has good news, you really need to look out for yourself. That's when things are bad. So what are the news? Miss Devil has put Amanda up for an award! Mac is smiling from ear to ear, and Rachel is suspicious. Maybe that's the effect Iris is looking for. To once again accent on the fact that Rachel doubts and criticizes her daughter. Iris will do anything to destabilize their relationship. She is like a cancer. Back to Vicky! Jamie is at the door. Looking like a sad puppy, he has come with a surprise. No, he is not gonna leave her and her unborn... Not yet. He has bought her earrings. Sad face. How nice. NOT. Victoria, of course... manages to break one of them the moment she touches it. Bad premonition maybe? She was back in hysterics. It's not easy to trap a man into marriage. Then you have to live with someone that didn't want you in the first place.  We were introduced to a new character (to me at least she is new) - Cass's sister - Stacey. She is giving me "hidden skeletons in the closet"-vibes. Love a girl like that. Stunning actress. I like her. The highlight of the episode was the strange and creepy reveal of Evan the escort... hugging someone named Janice's grave. I remember she had an issue with Rachel... and Rachel killed her in self defense I think... It was hinted in prior episodes, but I lack the context and story. I just know that everyone at the Frame house was mad that Rachel killed the bish. But I also got the impression that this Janice was sick in the head. So Evan is now talking to her grave and telling her he is going to ruin Rachel's life basically. Oh, Evan... I liked you better as a sexy gigolo.  Overall - 10/10 - how can I rate it lower when I haven't watched in months!!!

    • Once again, Marlena and Kayla were used very effectively and I couldn’t be happier.  Marlena counseling Johnny and then Chanel was the best part of today. They’re really delving into the human emotion of this storyline and I think that’s a good thing. It feels so much mature than it was before. EJ’s fear about what could happen to Johnny if he doesn’t let go of his anger could lead to some really good storylines in the future.  I also really appreciate the way that Paula/Jeanne are mixing it up and having different characters interact with each other. It was nice to see Shawn and Johnny remember that they’re cousins and share a scene together. I liked the parallel that was drawn between the two of them, and what’s going on with their fathers. I did have mixed feelings about everything with Cat though. I enjoyed Chanel warning her about EJ, mostly because it played into the way that she was written today. But I wasn’t the biggest fan of the Chad/EJ scenes. The two of them discussing Chad’s potential feelings for Cat didn’t really keep my interest.  But above all, I feel that everyone is being used more effectively and that we’re getting a better understanding of everyone as well. And that was exactly what Days needed.
    • It's a wild story for sure, especially the final conclusion (and fireworks offcamera, like Victoria Wyndham tearing into Michael Logan).

    • I did some research and the story wrapped up with Eric,a caretaker responsible for Georgina's death who then  tried to do away with Laurie but a vision of Georgina spooked him and he smashed into a mirror, dying of glass wounds. So there was a supernatural element. I wonder if the Brody character in the credits was Eric Brody?
    • AI has it wrong. David was working as an aide at PV Hospital due to failing to save his brother's life and refusing to continue as a doctor. His true profession was revealed later. Edna had divorced him while he was in Vietnam and he had no reason to be in contact with her. He had no idea that he had a daughter.  Ruth was Ruth Martin, she was still married to Joe, not Jeff. He was not deceiving Ruth as he believed that Edna was his ex. The poisoning story happened late in his run and probably introduced when they knew Gleason was leaving. AI's interpretation of him as conniving seems to based on that short lived poisoning story and other misinformation. For most of 76 he was involved in the Ruth/Joe triangle to the point where Ruth was ready to divorce Joe and leave town. Joe had to have surgery, David operated and Ruth suddenly realized she wanted to stay with Joe despite all the problems they'd been happening. David then got involved with Christina with Jeff and then Edna as complications. And he arrived late 75 not 76.
    • Interesting that they started going into a supernatural direction with ghosts - I don't think they really did that before? I wonder if it was a response to getting put so late in the afternoon and I guess trying to appeal to that former Dark Shadows audience?
