LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL! Carole is my queen for lines like that! I'm sorry, I just don't understand all the complaints that she brings nothing to the show. I LOVE her and even if you don't love her, I think you could see how she's an important part of the ensemble. Considering how strong the ratings were this season I feel like they've struck gold with this cast. I don't think you can eliminate anyone and expect as good as result. Even Jules I feel has been lackluster, but she's still done her part to fuel the drama and she does have her fans. I think it's a good non-toxic mix of housewives.

NYC:

Luann's a dumbass and I am one of the few that ain't buying what she's selling. Yes, she was funny this season but I ain't buying it. One, I think she's pure gutter butt for screwing a man that Sonja and Ramona were with. Two, it's obvious that Luann is using Tom for a story next season if anything. Three, I am glad that Bethenny, Carole, and Ramona repeatedly dragged her big, goofy ass all season. Luann is a joke.

Jules ... she can go. Before, I said she can get another season but I think she's given all she can give. I'd prefer them to bite the bullet and bring Jill back.

That NYC finale was EVERYTHING!  Still collecting my thoughts...

I also thought the OC episode was better than expected.  Good for David for doing all of that considering the [!@#$%^&*] he pulled on Shannon's birthday last year.  I thought it was great and it was nice seeing Shannon so shocked and happy.  I can't believe Jim put a gun to his head when asked if he was excited to be a father again.  That guy is SO over Megan.  Wasn't even with her when she was getting pregnant.  So crazy to me.

"How could you do this to me. Question mark." - LuAnn

Honestly, she should have a t shirt made with that line. I would buy it. The finale was not as satisfying as I had hoped it would be. I was disappointed for LuAnn that she stayed with Tom after he obviously cheated on her. I understand that she's trying to look at the situation as a blip, as a sophisticated woman of the world would, but she deserves better than a guy who'd look another direction when she's in the room. Obviously, just based off of the "previously this season..." summary it is evident that the whole season was based on LuAnn. She made it happen.

Ramona redeemed herself to me for that reason. She seemed disappointed for LuAnn as well and said a few times that LuAnn deserves better. I think, after all these years, these two have a level of respect for each other.

Sonja was the most realistic about the situation in its entirety. She reminds me of Goldie Hawn's character in the First Wives Club - she gets her best ideas when she's working out and sober. Otherwise she's a bit desperate and daffy. I think Sonja injected so much humour this season.

Dorinda is fun and I like her and her comments about being a sh*t stirrer amused me to no end. She's a decent soul and I doubt she'd hurt a fly. She just slurs like crazy when she drinks but I'm glad she's on the show.

Carole and Jules were non entities.

Bethenny's tears rang very hollow to me. I don't believe them. I don't believe her intentions were selfless. She had SkinnyGirl showcased for maximum effect, so job well done to her.

RHONY:

Bethenny is almost as bad an actress as that poor girl who plays Ciara on DAYS. I wasn't buying anything she was selling. I still think Andy Cohen is the one who sent her the photos. The minute Bravo found out Tom was a player I'm sure they had people watching him... waiting for him to slip up. That's why Bethenny won't give up the name.

I know many of you don't like her, but I do like Carole. I prefer her away from Bethenny though. I have really enjoyed Bethenny in past season, but she became so mean and nasty this season. It almost ruined Carole just hanging around her.

Sonja is such a joy. Her response to the news about Tom cheating is all of us; "I don't get why they're surprised." Love her!

Sonja was a DELIGHT this season! He decision not to drink around the ladies made her more enjoyable because they couldn't pick apart every sudden movement of hers. And I do agree with you KeMoLove that Carole is more enjoyable around the other ladies than she is with just Bethenny.

Andy better offer the NYC women a nice amount to bring them all back. At least everyone except Jules. She can go. Jill needs to come back anyways. She has unfinished business she needs to tend to.

Not shocked that OC took a dip. That episode was pure crap. I think they'll bounce back the next couple of weeks with the dune buggy crash coming soon.

NJ is dead in the water. They might as well cancel it and move on. Give Tre & Melissa a cute little family show like Kim and Caroline that no one will watch and go from there.

I think Jersey would've been find had they kept the twins. I also wonder what happened with Robyn who was supposed to be a housewife and instead has been edited out of everything. What has killed the show is too much focus on family drama which limits the audience if you aren't interested in that. It's not a Teresa or Gorga family spin-off, it's a fricking housewives show. You need a variety of perspectives for it to be interesting. With the twins still around I think it would've been a more fun and balanced show.

I loved this season, last season and the Scary Island season (season 3) the most.

And I totally agree with @KeMoLove and @Chris B about Sonja. She is a delight and adds a lot to this show that goes unappreciated. She is fun and sensitive and resilient. Yes, she also has her delusions but this season she was sober as a judge and not one other of those women could make the same claim.

I hope Andy and the execs at Bravo get out their chequebook for the whole NYC cast. They've earned it. They deserve a raise.

    • Jill Farren Phelps was always very skilled at saying what she meant onscreen in the bluntest way possible, like whenever she wanted fans to support one character vs. the other (hence Megan McTavish groaning about having to write Kale Browne's Sam Rappaport into three days a week at OLTL). Perhaps you should consider doing the same. Historically your intent is always far more obvious than your efforts at coy embroidery anyway. You believe people are dismissing Phelps' accomplishments, and suggest misogyny and fan blinders allow people to too easily pigeonhole and dismiss her skill set. I think we all understand her varied skill set. We're saying it's not enough to make up for her deficiencies as a storyteller and creative. JFP was undoubtedly a skilled technical producer. As a solo storyteller, and de facto HW, she was a repeat and predictable failure. She was not the first or last EP (male or female) to think she was a writer. If you want us to stop taking your behavior personally when you suggest misogyny is at play in board opinions of JFP, perhaps you should consider spending the next 10+ years here not acting like you're the only one who gets it.

Melissa was here today & we went to Michael's Crafts & Ofc Depot. In Michael's there were two beautiful LITTLE girls who kept staring at me, so I gave them a littel wave & very quietly said HI & then did back. I told Melissa they were staring at me. She smiled & said "Purple. A lot of little girls love purple & you forget but you have purple hair. Seeing you their whole imaginations are transformed! Thinking "That lady has purple hair. That means I can have purple hair! They had no clue before seeing you that it was possible." I just laughed & laughed.
    • This opening scene is hilarious...it's like someone wrote out the script for Philip with one hand. And Rick...sniffing a scarf over and over. And in their next scene they are still sniffing the [!@#$%^&*] scarf as the camera stays all over Philip's bare chest and armpits as he keeps working out. Insane stuff.

Bay City better be ready, because I'm back!   At Vicky's apartment she is once again drowning in doubts and jealousy. Deep down she realizes that her dream wedding will be a farce and nothing can change that. Bridget tries to calm her down, but the heroine is determined to suffer. She is not hearing any positive thoughts. She doesn't believe Jamie will marry her. At the Cory Publishing building another farce is in process. Iris, once again pretending to be the angel of love and sisterhood... is telling Mac and Rachel some wonderful news. When Iris has good news, you really need to look out for yourself. That's when things are bad. So what are the news? Miss Devil has put Amanda up for an award! Mac is smiling from ear to ear, and Rachel is suspicious. Maybe that's the effect Iris is looking for. To once again accent on the fact that Rachel doubts and criticizes her daughter. Iris will do anything to destabilize their relationship. She is like a cancer. Back to Vicky! Jamie is at the door. Looking like a sad puppy, he has come with a surprise. No, he is not gonna leave her and her unborn... Not yet. He has bought her earrings. Sad face. How nice. NOT. Victoria, of course... manages to break one of them the moment she touches it. Bad premonition maybe? She was back in hysterics. It's not easy to trap a man into marriage. Then you have to live with someone that didn't want you in the first place.  We were introduced to a new character (to me at least she is new) - Cass's sister - Stacey. She is giving me "hidden skeletons in the closet"-vibes. Love a girl like that. Stunning actress. I like her. The highlight of the episode was the strange and creepy reveal of Evan the escort... hugging someone named Janice's grave. I remember she had an issue with Rachel... and Rachel killed her in self defense I think... It was hinted in prior episodes, but I lack the context and story. I just know that everyone at the Frame house was mad that Rachel killed the bish. But I also got the impression that this Janice was sick in the head. So Evan is now talking to her grave and telling her he is going to ruin Rachel's life basically. Oh, Evan... I liked you better as a sexy gigolo.  Overall - 10/10 - how can I rate it lower when I haven't watched in months!!!

    • Once again, Marlena and Kayla were used very effectively and I couldn’t be happier.  Marlena counseling Johnny and then Chanel was the best part of today. They’re really delving into the human emotion of this storyline and I think that’s a good thing. It feels so much mature than it was before. EJ’s fear about what could happen to Johnny if he doesn’t let go of his anger could lead to some really good storylines in the future.  I also really appreciate the way that Paula/Jeanne are mixing it up and having different characters interact with each other. It was nice to see Shawn and Johnny remember that they’re cousins and share a scene together. I liked the parallel that was drawn between the two of them, and what’s going on with their fathers. I did have mixed feelings about everything with Cat though. I enjoyed Chanel warning her about EJ, mostly because it played into the way that she was written today. But I wasn’t the biggest fan of the Chad/EJ scenes. The two of them discussing Chad’s potential feelings for Cat didn’t really keep my interest.  But above all, I feel that everyone is being used more effectively and that we’re getting a better understanding of everyone as well. And that was exactly what Days needed.
    • It's a wild story for sure, especially the final conclusion (and fireworks offcamera, like Victoria Wyndham tearing into Michael Logan).

    • I did some research and the story wrapped up with Eric,a caretaker responsible for Georgina's death who then  tried to do away with Laurie but a vision of Georgina spooked him and he smashed into a mirror, dying of glass wounds. So there was a supernatural element. I wonder if the Brody character in the credits was Eric Brody?
