OLTL: Actor out?

I hope Scott goes back to GH...I may even follow him.

I hope he does too. I'd love to have Dillon back, that is if Guza wrote for him. If they are just going to treat him like they do Jason Cook, who they never writer for, then no.

That is true of all soaps. They are the Cane and Lily of OLTL except they're much less annoying. Plus, Gigi is blacker than Lily.

Always! It is my passion. I will never give up hope. LOL!

Guza needs to kill her off for the next sweeps.

All I know is ratings have been horrible with those two and their drama at the forefront, and I've never seen them get any big fanbase attention like most popular couples do. They might have their fans, but I don't think their "fanbase" is noticeable or has benefited OLTL ratings-wise or creatively.

I think that OLTL has much bigger problems than Gigi and Rex, like horrible writing. However, I do think that featuring a cast full of bad actors doesn't help. I have no clue if Gigi and Rex are even really popular. They don't make the cover of the soap mags a lot which does suggest that they don't sell issues.

There are over 20 characters who need to be killed off GH before Robin. Regardless, she barely gets enough airtime to be worth the effort.

I've been saying for some time that OLTL needed to "clean house," as it were. IMO, this is a small step in the right direction.

Precisely. For that and many other reasons he needs to neutralise her.

Well at least that annoying Shane kid is now off contract. Can one only hope less Shane means less Rex & Gigi?

You're better off hoping Judith Light will return.

Not a huge loss in the grand scheme, but I'll miss him. Schuyler was a classic neurotic outcast like OLTL has always had, and I suspect Frons is dragging him back to GH where Clifton will be miserable all over again. I do hope they take the opportunity here to write Sky and Rachel out as a couple.

Taking the actor who plays Shane off contract in addition to the two firings makes it seem like OLTL is cutting its budget. Others may be let go over the next few months.

Maybe Guza wants him as part of his rebuilding of the Q's so Frons had FV let him go?

Except there are not enough younger women on GH to match up with the single men they have now. I wouldn't mind Dillon coming home, but really, he likely will be killed off by next sweeps.

Shane's not annoying. He's much more pleasant than some of the adults on this show (Natalie, Jessica, Fish, John, etc.).
