Members Chris B
http://tvguide.ca/Soaps/Suds/Articles/091211_suds_report_NB.htm How exciting! I never guessed it was her when I read that they were going to put someone back on contract so they could come to LA! That is great news! Jill Larson is a gem and has been wasted and I was so sad to see her dropped to recurring. Hopefully they dig up her cute old opening credits shot and put it back where it belongs. I must say I'm getting excited about this LA move. That is a move in the right direction.

Members Sylph
Does this have Lorraine's fingerprints all over it?
Members DRW50
I'm not sure Lorraine would have the power. Even before her return, Pratt used Opal a decent amount, compared to the way some of the other vets have been treated. I'm happy but I'm surprised they're going to move her and put her on contract. I wonder if this means they will recast Petey?
Members All My Shadows
Glorious news! I know JL must be thrilled. A few years ago, it seemed like Opal was truly out for the count, but now she's back on contract. Couldn't have happened to a better person. Members alwaysAMC
GREAT NEWS!!! She's actually been on AMC quite a lot this past year. It has been great!
Members detroitpiston
Well it's about time! And yeah, I doubt this was Lorraine's decision. Because they've shared the NY studio for years and AMC leaving is a big deal.
Members LeClerc
I can just imagine the hissy fit that would be in the Suds Report today if it was OLTL leaving NY and The View hadn't done a special episode in its honor!
Members DRW50
It would depend on whether or not Nelson had been invited.
Members SFK
Yeah, like, why is that even a question? And they're not all moved in yet, you can't really pimp an empty studio. I'm sure The View will do a little segment with a quickie tour of their new L.A. digs in the coming months. I think the quote/translation for Tyler Perry was out of order. The man's mother just died, I thought what Tyler said was lovely. Wait, Hunter Tylo met her new husband two months ago? Lorrrrd... Members LoyaltoAMC
Excellent news! I'm so happy for Jill. She's celebrating her 20th year with the show and really deserves this. I'd like to think Agnes/Lorraine had something to do with this, but the truth is that Pratt did use her fairly often last year.
Members Ann_SS
This is good. I hope that Daniel Kennedy is next.

Members MichaelGL
It was bound to happen since Larson has been heavily used under Pratt. Wonderful news, it will be up to Broderick to use her more.
