Did you see what Muhney said of his role on Twitter?

the new job is the likes of which i have never done...and i get to indulge in some interesting, perverse, warped scenarios...

i'll let you know as soon as the publicists give me the okay...*back to memorizing* (and THANK YOU for all the "congrats", it means a lot)

He was really cute on Veronica Mars, but I can't say anything on his talent. I think in a supporting role like that it's easy to be successful because primetime allows more rehearsal and several takes. Only time will tell if he has the gravitas to pull off this role and a shift to daytime.

In some of these pictures, this recast looks like a younger, even more washed up Timothy Adams. *sigh* I just hope he can act.

I remember NuAdam from Veronica Mars. He is okay. Not that it makes much difference. I'm sure that Adam is gone, sooner than later most likely.

Yes, that's what I think too. He'll propably be gone soon. After kissing Estella, Ana and Murphy, who help him stage his death.

Interesting idea.

But if that is true, Engen made no sense leaving under these terms. It would have ended anyway.

That said, even if Adam was out the door, you KNOW the show will switch it up.

They'll redeem Adam and MAB will say in an interview, "Well, now that we have an interesting actor in the role, we've changed our plans and decided we didn't want to lose him."

That's possible?

Adam kissing Rafe comes out of nowhere and I would be very curious to see a logical way for that to happen.

Everything on Y&R comes out of nowhere. Billy and Sharon. Mac bounces into to town from Dafur. Kevin and the chipmunk. Daniel and the art thief. Lots of WTF on Y&R.

I am going to reach Chris Engen : if he ever wants to give us his version.

FrenchFan to the rescue!! You are terrific.

What's his name -- that writer FrenchFan last interviewed -- sorry -- said Michael Malone called it the "hoot" factor. I liked Billy/Sharon and Mac's surprise return (and yes...heaven help me...Thom Bierdz). Chipmunk & art story...not so much.

He is older and not as good looking as in that picture on his site. He has a weird nose thing going on.

It is possible that Y&R was going to recast the role of Adam and that Engen found out and walked out. It isn't like they haven't done that before. They hired Tammin weeks before they fired the shocked Adrianne Leon.

It was Richard Backus, Mark.
