I agree with you that Tom and Margo should get more attention than they do. They've earned it! I don't think I would be quite as drastic as you but there are a few characters I wouldn't mind see depart: Katie, Brad, Liberty, Jack, Meg, Parker, Dusty, Noah, Janet, Henry (even though I like him), Vienna, Paul (at least in this incarnation), Jade, Derek, Bonnie. On B&B I would cut: Eric, Donna, Marcus, Ridge, Taylor, Nick, Clarke, Jackie, Steffy, Owen, Pam, and recast Thomas. I'm still on the fence about Bridget and Katie.
