UGH! its like someone just chopped of parts of it. its just tragic, really. she could really use an all over dye job with subtle highlights AND low lights for a more natural, less cartoon, look. she could also use a cut right belwo the sholders with layers for bounce. and then she would be 100% perfection. but that hair shes been rocking for a good 10 years is just... there are no words.
