Ugh! Not a big fan of Paul's voice. It's different but I just...can't get into him at all, his performances are terrible to me.

James Durbin is good but I don't like his cocky attitude and I hated that bet he made with Steven Tyler that if he makes it to the finals, Steve does a performance with him...rolleyes.gif I also think he's annoying and this is starting to get to his head to much.

I love Naima the most, but she did an absolutely awful job this week! She sounded nothing like how she did in her audition, I feel like she's losing herself...I hope she really does work on her pitch like she promised. Next week is motown week so I have high hopes for her...hopefully she picks the right song.

I also love Lauren Alaina. I love her voice but most of all I just love her personality. I see a lot of hate for Scotty McCreery but I love him & his deep country voice as well. LOL.

Everyone else I am meh about. The one person I despise this season is Haley Reinhart...omg, I just can't even begin to express how much that girl bugs me. Her voice is not great and she comes across as very bitchy to me. I just cannot stand her, she shouldn't have made it into the Top 13 and she should have went home this week over Karen.

Did he drop an f-bomb, I mean it kinda looked like "freaking" but I wasn't sure. He went full [offensive term] right there on stage. And while they were crying and looked happy for him there was a lot of "Oh [!@#$%^&*] well there goes my 2nd chance" on those faces.

How in the hell was Casey the bottom?!?!?!? WTF??!! Thank God the judges used the Save for Casey. Paul and Haley SAFE, what in the hell, these 2 are maybe the worst 2 ever on IDOL.

Love Casey Abrams, James Durbin, Naima Adedapo & Pia. Lauren, Scotty & Stefano were ok. Thia sucked too. And Jacob is so out there, old timey and sucks.

She is my absolute FAVE! I love her! She did better this week & pulled off a fantastic performance. I'm pulling for this girl!

IMO that looked completely staged. From the moment Ryan asked Casey what he wanted to sing I had that feeling...you could barely hear what Casey said he wanted to sing (& when he said it, it sound rehearsed), I thought to myself did the band even hear what he said?? Probably not, and they probably didn't even have to because they already knew!! Just my suspicion that could be totally wrong.

Omg SoapBoy...I just can't even. Hayley is terrible! She annoys me immensely, I can't stand her attitude. IMO she comes off as a huge biotch who cares more about being seen than heard (never going to forget when she said her most fond memory so far has been the photoshoots). Just my observation!!

Naima sucks. I will never, EVER get over what she did to that Tina Turner song. Somewhere in the world, Tina was taking off her earings ready to punch a bitch out.

I also like Hayley. There's nothing wrong with liking photoshoots. They are immensely fun! And I don't think she comes off as a bitch at all. I think she seems very sweet. I think Naima and Pia definitely come off as bitchy though, even though I definitely enjoy they latter.

And I absolutely LOATHE and DESPISE James Durbin. He comes off as cocky and arrogant. He seems like a real jerk. And he has no talent. All he does is scream, but unlike many before him, he's not even good at THAT! UGH!

I did, however, like him two years ago when he competed on the show as "Adam Lambert".

    • Yes, they did.  I still have them.  I think there were three.  AMC and GH as well.
    • Ah okay, thats what I thought. I was hoping I missed the announcement somewhere. Thanks for the clarification.
    • A new day in Salem… and a new day for Days.  I like the way everybody found out and absorbed the news about John’s death, and how they all eventually found their way to Marlena’s to offer their condolences. I’m not particularly sure why they waited until the next day to tell everybody but I don’t really mind it.  We finally got Roman’s perspective! His scenes with Kayla were one of the best parts of today. I’m glad that Roman is thankful for everything that John did for his kids. I agree with posters who said that he should’ve had a scene like this with John, but I’m happy we got this at least.  Julie was used very well today too. She’s definitely the best person for Marlena to have scenes with at the moment. Hopefully, Julie continues to be there for her. And yes, I totally agree with Marlena and Belle sending EJ away when he came to the apartment. I’m curious to see what’s going to happen to his and Belle’s relationship in the aftermath of all this. And, while I enjoyed most of Brady and Kristen’s scenes, I still think the ship has sailed for them. Hopefully, the aftermath of John’s death causes Brady to finally end this thing with her once and for all.  And, I see a lot of people were wearing some kind of shade of purple today.

    • Wow, I love that current and former actors are participating in this. I barely recognize Staci Greason! She looks fine, just very different. But I will be happy to hear anecdotes from her. I shipped RoJohn and Isabella hard back in the day, and I sobbed buckets in my dorm room at college when Izzy B passed. Honestly, I'm interested in everyone's stories. Drake seemed like he was well loved among the cast.
    • When she first appeared, I was sure she was setting Tyrell up for a prank. She was too much of a manic pixie dream girl- I wasn't surprised Tyrell also became suspicious. Now I'm not so sure. If Jessica genuinely likes Tyrell, it seems like a missed opportunity to not have started her out as a bully, then we see her gradually catch feelings for Tyrell.  The McBrides are definitely the "C" family of BTG. They always get last priority. There have been a few times where the Doug/Vanessa/Joey characters reference off screen conversations which seem too important to not show us. Like when Doug thanked Joey for giving him extra time to pay off the loan. When did that happen? Or when we abruptly moved from Vanessa/Joey at Uptown to Vanessa/Doug in the hotel room. The McBrides don't even have their own set - even though Vanessa is a realtor. It's a shame because I am a fan of the characters and actors.

I am also adjusting to KR as Ted but I feel that AM and MJ had way more chemistry as father and daughter than AM and KR. We saw Eva dream of having a real relationship with MJ's version of Ted for months so it's a bit of a bummer not to have that payoff with the original actor except for those scenes in MJ's last episode.  Something I noticed about Eva today is how she takes genuine delight in being a schemer. As badly as she wants to be a Richardson, she still has so much of her mom in her. It was jarring seeing her earnestly promise to steer clear of Leslie in her scene with Ted, then immediately switch attitudes when her mom showed up.  I'm very surprised with how quickly the accident story has been moving along. I was sure that it would be months if not years before people figured out it was Leslie on the motorcycle, not to mention responsible for the potassium overdose. I'm looking forward to seeing how MVJ and Guza avoid writing Leslie into a corner.  Finally, I have been loving the Articulettes story. Bonita Brisker was just the right amount of OTT - remember Sharon is supposed to be even more angry than Tracy is. If Sharon didn't come in swinging, people would say she fell flat. The way Sharon and Tracy describe the breakup is so Supremes-meet-Original Recipe Destiny's Child. I get the sense that MVJ is re-writing the Return to Love Tour as a roman a clef, and I love it. I'm looking forward to finding out what the secret they share is. If Dante Green is as shady as Berry Gordy was, it's something dark. If/when they go through with the reunion, I expect Dante to show up and claim to own the Articulettes trademark in a Lou Pearlman-esque twist.
    • Other than hanging out with Liz, all of Lucky's stories have been stalled out or dropped; the relationship with his son; his wanderlust. He hasn't been involved in any of the action/adventure or con artist stuff. I don't think he's even had a scene with Sidwell since the latter came to town. He's a real after thought. I doubt he's long for the show.
