Members Roman
I think the Trump Circus saw how much heat he was getting and called him on the low and told him they don;t need that kind of heat.
Members Vee
Celebrities do a table read of Steve Bannon's unmade L.A. riots musical, a bizarre riff on Shakespeare's Coriolanus. Must be seen to be believed.
Members NothinButAttitude
That was so damn odd... Especially, seeing as Bannon was tied to this. Now it all makes sense. Trump & Bannon's bond is b/c they both yearn to be part of the Hollywood elite but was never accepted.
Members Vee
Andrew Lack, Brian Williams' savior who brought him along to MSNBC, is seeking to make the network more conservative with recent and potential future hires. You can see his work on the network, but I admire the stalwarts hanging in. I don't know why Lack thinks this is a good recipe for success, as Fox News is basically imploding in front of our eyes - following O'Reilly the notorious Bill Shine just got canned, Hannity is now threatening to walk. In fairness, I do think Williams has largely fit in on MSNBC. Politico on Trump's latest disastrous day - openly questioning his mental state. Members DRW50
It's pretty ridiculous - he isn't even trying to focus on ratings, he just wants to help his pal Brian Williams be a star again. Just as he twisted NBC News into knots to push penis head Lauer. What is going on up high at NBC that this is encouraged?
Members Roman
seems as though Lack wants to be FN. that is the only thing I can think of...for him to hate the fact that 3 progressive hosts during the week have the highest ratings, and his morning program gets beat by a weekend morning program tells me he wants his network to be just like Fox....who now seems to be finally getting rid of the horrible people on that network after 20+ years.
Members Vee
Morning Joe apparently just spent half the morning basically saying Trump was crazy and mentally unwell. That's an interesting move for ol' Joe, who loves to keep his options open on Trump. Edited May 2, 2017 by Vee
Members marceline
It's interesting when you consider that we know Donnie loves his cable news and watches Morning Joe.
Members Vee
Politico (which leans right) ran with a similar take yesterday - that Trump is unwell. It makes me wonder if a narrative is building.
