Moronically and dangerously glib as always.

I have to imagine a lot of the business community and Republicans are fuming at this. Between that and the flip-flopping on guns I have to wonder if we are finally going to see more blatant fightback against him, which we've already been seeing dribs and drags of in Congress on the Russia investigation.

To the surprise of no one the trade war begins.

It looks like they deliberately chose places that are in red states and states tied to Congressional Republican leaders. Clever.

European Union officials are considering targeting products from politically sensitive Republican-run states, including tariffs on Harley-Davidson’s made in Speaker Paul Ryan’s district; new duties on bourbon made in Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s home state of Kentucky; and duties on orange juice from Florida — a critical swing state.

And he doesn't care - he doesn't care whether the EU uses this to their advantage, or China, or whether Mexico and Canada come after us, pull out of NAFTA, etc. He just wants to feel like a bad-ass.

Republicans enabled this and now they will take a huge hit. Yet, knowing them, they will probably just blame it all on Hillary and liberals, and cower.
