For my old school Hollyoaks peeps

Helen Noble (Abby Davies) recently reunited with her on-screen father Barny Clevely (Arthur Davies)

A few weeks ago whilst on tour with Gray we got the opportunity to visit this amazing man otherwise known as my ‘tv dad’. When I landed on screen at the age of 17, Barny was 42. I don’t think either of us expec (1).jpg

Hollyoaks have just announced a return so implausible they’re going to have to work VERY hard to make it work.

Plus, I feel the actor is more needed elsewhere right now or in the future (though this foray back to TV might make it more possible)

That’s my hinting over 🤣

Here's my take, she's such a great character, and there's been so many losses, just give it a throwaway line about how she avoided death, and move on to a new story.

Also, her role on the other soap was just a pale imitation of this one.

With the Brookside news, I think I'll probably tune into the anniversary episodes. Sure, it'll be batsh*t insane, but I think I can manage if I just return to watching for a short while. Ste will be as unbearable as ever, I'm sure.
