Both Catherine Hickland and Kathy Brier were doing the best work of their carreers. Why were they overlooked? And what about Bobbie Eakes? Kirsten Storms? And if it was going to be DOOL's year, I think the wrong people got noms. I think Rachel Melvin was a good choice, but can't fathom the others. Members DaysFanatic777 Posted April 30, 2008 Members Share Posted April 30, 2008 I'm sooooo glad the drought is over for Days, but if I had to give the show 4 acting noms, I would've chosen: Rachel Melivin: Younger Actress Martha Madison: Supporting Actress Joe Mascolo: Supporting Actor Deidre Hall: Best Actress I'm proud of the ones nominated, But I really thought this could have been Martha's or Deidre's year.
