Well, well, well, isn't this an inetresting turn of events. I think I could like this. Mario Van Peebles is handsome, and I think he and Susan will have sparks. I think it's ridiculous to already say that he's just a bump in the rode to Jerica. The same thing was the plan for Vincent when he first got paired with Susan, him being shuffled to Dixie, her back to Jack...and their chemistry blew AMC away. That could very likely happen here. Interesting, might get me to watch a day or two.

She and Walt weren't paired as lovers but they were together in the Bianca coming out storyline (2001-02)since she had thankfully dumped David by then. Susan did some great work during that Bianca storyline and should have won, IMO. She also should have been nominated in 2004 because she did some of her best work that year.

As for the new guy, well they may have a fling or maybe they won't (I have heard he is tied romantically to Angie Hubbard) but I wouldn't count out Jack just yet.

I don't know, but you know that he probably didn't come cheap. I'm wondering who else will get cut to pay this salary. I'm guessing probably Annie, Amanda, and possibly even Josh.

I will give TIIC credit for getting MVP to join the cast. I only hope that they write well for him and that he doesn't end up propping Ryan or Greenlee.

Part of the reason AMC is able to bring back people when they do is that they don't blow their budget the way GH does.

I'm glad they're starting to get rid of the "dead weight" (no offense to the people who like those characters). Jonathan IMO was never really needed. AMC has been trying to keep Levin on my giving her an anti-Lily to play, yet she's still gonna leave. Del was NEVER a fit into the canvas and just sucked... (Even though Alec Musser is hot).

Now if only they can get rid of one more Lavery ::cough::cough::Ryan::cough::cough:: and some others, they'll be good to go.

Am I excited MVP is joining? Yes. But just like the others, if the writing sucks and there's no real long-term vision, it's going to flop.

Not sorry to hear Musser and Branson are leaving. Branson might be talented (unfortunately, since he was saddled with a terrible character, it was hard to tell), but Musser, IMO, needs to go back to the Soloflex ads that he came from.

Yeah Jonathan was one of those one storyline type characters.... it would have been better for him to have just died in that cave.

Jeff Branson was one of the greatest finds on AMC in a long time. He captured Jonathan's torment, rage, psychosis. It just was amazing.

Now Richie is becoming what they should have left Jon as, but oh well, I love Billy Miller, I'll take him over Jon any day
