I wonder if they're doing like GL did when they had their new opening, what was it back in 2005? Where they showed one version the whole week, then showed the next version the following week

Didn't GL do that to send off Michelle and Danny Santos (Nancy St. Alban and Paul Anthony Stewart) since it was their last week with the show??

No new version today. *yawn*

This opening just SUCKS.

I can't find a bone in my body..ANYWHERE....that likes it 0.0001%!

BTW, did you all notice the bad editing job in today's episode (Wed, 5/2) when this opening was merged into Paul/Meg's scene? The background music for Paul/Meg sounded so awful with the opening swoosh sound. Oh man. This one has got to go. The shorter version is better than the long version, but none of it reminds me of ATWT.

The more I watch the opening, the more I see a shotty job. I really can't believe the network gave this an approval. What gets me is the fact that cornfields and windmills have a wider shot than the GLOBE. How is that even possible? Unless everyone lives at Emma's farm and works there, I don't see this show being called "As Emma's Farm Grows". WTH?!

For those who think Days needs to change its opening, I don't think it needs to alter everything. It needs a revamping, but not that much. Frankly, the opening is the last thing Days needs to fix right now.

I still say the opening is a good one, and so much better than the last one, which had to be the cheapest opening ever made in daytime history, but I am really hoping that there will be the other versions of the openings with the rest of the cast, if that does not happen then I will also be angry about that, even though I should not be seeing as the last opening was missing half the cast as well.

u know i told my self the same thing. I LOVE IT the backgorund the music, the to the left looks, then the characters look at the camera, damn i love it and I love how the music ends, but i also asked my self today watching it, now I know there is more than 12 to 16 people on this show where is the rest of the folks.

I just don't understand why the actors look so weird in the opening. They're all making weird head movements... looking to one side, then looking straight forward, then looking the other way. It's almost as if they're robots! LoL

I will agree about Peck and nuAli getting such prominent pictures. But the difference in time with Mike and Maura is about six months total

UH...I said TOTAL. Maura was off from June '96 to Sept '97. Therefore, it's not like she's got two years of seniority on Michael. She was on one year, off one year. Michael started six months before her return in Sept. So, it's about even, right?

I also don't consider Tamara Tunie a 20 year veteren of ATWT, when JoAnna Rhinehart had the role for a number of years.

That logo is awful Too bland IMO

The lettering and the silver color were used back in 2000. It could easily pass for it. Except this globe is horrid....LOL.
