Connecting with a new friend always makes me feel good

I am having a very good today.

I'm pretty worried about my nephew. He's away at war (and has been for years now) and just the other night, his entire crew/squad/whatever was killed when a roadside bomb exploded. One of the guys even lost both of his legs. Understandably, my nephew is pretty screwed up now, mentally.

Today has been a very bad day all around for me at my job. It wasn't bad for me, it was just a horrible day altogether. Customers giving me hell, and I was tempted to lose my temper on one of them she wasn't the sister of one of my good friends. Learning of the news about a former co-worker, who is a real sweetheart, her brother passed away after getting into a car accident has been rough on all of us. I feel bad I cannot attend the viewing and funeral b/c of work, so I hope I can be there for her in another way. Everyone getting upset b/c of the work schedule, ppl not doing their work, it is too much for me to take in sometimes.
