Over the years ,we as soap fans have endured some stupid and silly soap opera plots.Some were laughable,some drove us nuts,and some bored us to tears.Here are my picks:

AMC= Erica Being a Vegas Girl,Janet filling a tractor trailer with laughing gas and having kidnapped victims,Krystal,Adam,Opal,Brooke,and Joe actually laughing(I thought that was actually funny Janet doing that)

OLTL= The Badhra Diamond Story: The diamond was suppose to give the person who possessed it great power and Mitch Lawrence wanted that diamond,too.

GH= The Ice Princess Caper: An ice machine was going to freeze all of Port Charles and that was apart of the Luke and Laura Mania.

Y&R= Ashley stealing Victor's sperm need we say more?

B&B= Brooke and Ridge ,Round 300

ATWT= The Spa Storyline

DAYS= Rex and Cassie being introduced as aliens from outerspace but turn out to be Kate and Roman's children

- Ashley stealing the sperm was stupid on paper and in the beginning, but the aftermath of her breast cancer and Olivia's affair with Brad and the video confession and the secret about the baby and Ashley's relationship with Victor which all led to the Emmy in 2004!!

- The spa story was good up until the aging thing, which would have been better not there! Oye!! Hogan is good but he can sure miss as well.

The one on AMC that I really hated, written by Megan McTavish (surprise), was when that crazy guy, Lee Hawkins, gave Hayley and Mateo poison tattoos – and they allowed both of them to have psychic visions.

I cant remember how it goes, but what was the deal with that voodoo priestess in Jamaica that was involved with Noah and Julia? I cant recall but I remember it being silly and stupid

On PC, anyone remember the psychic espionage crap? That was the show's WORST storyline. That was just stupid and silly for the show and even before the overboard vampire stuff in the last year

Oh Cheap - that was one of my favorite AMC stories! haha - Julia and Noah were on the run in Jamaica - mainly from Taylor Roxbury-Cannon, but also the police. There was a waterfall scene when they were being chased - anyway gorgeous location shoots. Anyway, Mateo and Hayley were involved as well - and they used Corrine, this Jamaican woman, to give them voodoo potion to allow them to appear dead - and then Mateo and Hayley put their bodies in caskets and secretly flew them back to Pine Valley, where eventually Noah was found innocent and Taylor was given the BOOT. (Although I loved Taylor too).

This also helped bring Mateo and Hayley closer together officially - and made me grow to love them even more.

Oh and I remember once when Noah visited Corrine on the island in her little hut and there was this huge tarantula that started crawling on Noah - it was intense!

AMC: There's been quite some silly stories told on AMC in the past few years. What about the story that had Colleen Dion's character going after Tad Martin. Proteus was just stupid. The reveal was good, but the entire sl was stupid.
