I havent seen SLG writing scripts lately on the occasions we get the full credits on the Global affiliate I watch day-ahead eps on.

Jason, Renee could still be part of the writing team.

She could still be listed as a Writer’s Office Manager. Just keep checking the credits.

OH, GOD PLEASE YES!!

Those horrible, awful, craptastic special effects must GO!

Oh yes, please do can Wyman and those SFX. They sometimes are enough to ruin the show for me.

I don't know why, but sometimes I get the feeling that Wyman is literally the ONLY person at DAYS that actually likes the SFX. They just ruin the end of the show and make it look soo tacky.

Nothing screams "Do not take this show seriously" like those SFX. The day they are gone I will be buying everyone a cigar.

Just a thought to consider: Hogan could also be ousting the interim writing team that would include Millstein, Schoettle and Shearer. Hope thats not true, but the possibility exists.

I thought about that. It's possible if there's been some kind of personality clash/turf war between Hogan and Beth. I really hope it's not true.

One would think the interim team would be more in tune with Hogan's vision than the JER holdovers. As Bree said, the latter are probably responsible for the regression we see in some characters from day to day.

I was actually watching the show when she was writing and tweaking the show. She knows what to do with these characters and I liked what she turned out.

I want to tune back into this show again, but not until they get a writing staff that actually cares about saving this show.

I still see the need for more actors to be cut from the cast as well. Hope Corday and company will be making sound decisions from now on to remove the dead wood from this show and make it great again.

I hope Stephen Wyman is replaced as well. There was a rumor right before Hogan started writing that the SFX wound end. I hope it happens. Simple fadeouts to black are more effective and classier.

SLG was SW for todays DAYS(11/29)! She is one of my favorites and was glad to finally see her name again as she hasn't been SW many episodes the last few months.

Actually KBT, she was credited as SW once last week or the week before I beleive. I think there was also a time before that too but it has been few and far between.
