Loved the show today too! The Brady scenes at the hospital were so well done. Kayla struggling to breathe was very heartbreaking. The best thing about the show today was the sense of urgency to every scene. It just seemed like the storylines are slowly being raised to another level. All the Dimera stuff just adds so much suspense and tension to the show. Even the Mimi/Bonnie scenes were good. No one is an island on this show anymore.

Today's show flowed perfectly with lots of great family interactions and tension filled scenes.

I like that I don't know exactly what is going to happen in the EJ storyline and that each show we find just a little more about him. Does he know he is being played by Kate, did he know Sami was playing him, is he aa Dimera or is he working for the Dimera's? Lots of intrigue and James Scott has really impressed me thus far.

I am liking John and Mimi so much more under Hogan. I have enjoyed Farah since the Claire reveal and have enjoyed Drake ever since Hogan has taken over.

Christopher Gerse was actually good in his scene with EJ, and I rarely say that about him.

My favorite 2 scenes were Bo/Sami and Hope/Steve. Its nice to have family interactions again, thanks Hoagie!

The only person I hate right now is Patty Cakes, I can't wait for him to go down. I hate that he shows up everytime Bo and Hope are showing each other affection, it is tiring.

Good to see Deidre, that last scene was so well done with John/Marlena. I am looking forward to their adventure to Canada.

Tomorrow looks great as well, things seem to be picking up.

I really enjoyed this episode and agree that it's one of the better ones in awhile, the way most of the cast that was on meshed together so well..... (with the exception of the Lockhearts)....... <_<

Don't you know that I turned my head for a complete second during Hope and Steve's scenes and by the time I looked back, Steve was staring off at someone. I totally missed Benjy's first apparence

I did the same exact thing......

At least there's tomorrow, and here's to hoping that Benjy will be on for more than a few seconds......

And I almost forgot to mention the EJ/Will scenes. For the first time in 3 years, I liked a scene that starred Chirstopher Gerse. I thought he did that scene with James Scott very well. I like them together.

I've never really liked or disliked Will, but I'm really liking him now that Will has gotten actual dialogue........

I hope we see more Sami and Bo scenes. They are adorable. :)

Roman is a jerk. Sami had every right to be at the hospital to support Kayla.

Ditto. The Sami and Bo scene were the highlight of the episode.

If then need to drop more dead weight, ditch Roman, and have Bo step-up to be that Brady father figure in her life.

I also love the recurring, "who the freak are you" reaction to Nick Fallon.

The signing scenes from tomorrow were done PERFECTLY. Benji signs to Steve, who says what he is signing. Then Steve signs back while talking aswell.

I loved how Benji said he didn't need to sign because he can read lips, but Steve kept signing anyways.

I wonder if DAYS is going to keep this up though...I am trying to think how it is going to work if Benji is somehow established a main character..will he somehow have corrective surgery to improve his hearing??

Lundsford signed a contract for 2 years (at least that is what I thought I read somewhere) so he is going to be around for awhile.

But damn that was some damn good acting though, so natural and so subtle. You could see what Benji was feeling without him even speaking...it was just great...I loved it...definetly something different for daytime.

Well, that's how I'm going about it in my blog. Benjy will be having corrective ear surgery. I'm sure the show will probably do the same.

I have a theory, which I'll go ahead and mention since it's just a theory, not based on any spoilers. I think Benji is no longer deaf. That he had surgery or whatever sometime back and regained his hearing but that he allows everyone to think he is deaf because it makes his enemies underestimate him and because he can get a lot more information that way. It could make for a great reveal scene down the road.

It was really outstanding. I already have a really good feeling about this character. He has a great face, very strong, and these really warm eyes. Still, I hope he's not just the purely "good" Dimera. I really hope he's going to be a bit of a grey character, with a struggle going inside between good and evil.

I can't wait for Steve/Benji and the flashbacks tomarrow.

I like GBB's theory. That would be interesting and I do think there needs to be a grey area but I also like him being the good vs Ej's bad. That is a good dynamic. I do think if Benji is long-term, which I remember reading he is, then they will need to do something although I like the idea of having a deaf character. I am just not sure how long Days could keep it up but whatever works. I just can't wait for tomarrow.

I personally would like to see Benjy remain deaf for diversity purposes.

Thanks y'all for letting me know how the signing scenes worked.

Do other Salemites know Benji or just Kayla and Steve? Do the Bradys know him? If so, why didn't they recognize him when he was walking around the hospital in yesterday's episode?

I agree, but if they were going to do that, surely they'd have hired a deaf actor as they did with the original Benji?

They know him, but like Nick Fallon, they haven't seen him since he was a boy. It's not strange they didn't recognize him. What's strange is that Steve did. Makes me wonder if he's had contact with adult Benji in the past few years that he doesn't remember...

It didn't appear that anyone else saw Benji when he walked by. He may be waiting until there is no one else around to see Steve. GBB is right, Benji has been gone since he was a boy and maybe no one would recognize him anyway.

Love Sami/Bo!

Good episode.

Don't like Nick finding the cure though. Very stupid.
