Basically, have open discussion on the soaps...esp. those that are your all-time favorites. For instance...one show, we can mention how it was in the past and try to compare it to the present day, or what can be done to improve the show, what you like about your show, any news regarding any of the shows that you do watch, shows that need the most overhaul, what characters/storylines you like or need to go....etc. Interesting, no? There would have only been like 2 days for NBC to fill the hour so I'm sure they had a talk show or sitcom repeats or something unmemorable at the time.
