I had to crack up at Jack and Mike trashing about Simon...Mike for some reason, when caught in the act of talking about Simon, has that totally dumb expression on his face.

Jade is relentless. She would do anything, and I do mean ANYTHING, to keep from having to tell the truth. Luke, sorry to say, should have just told Will what was going on. He of all people, should know that Jade has not been honest since meeting her will find whatever way to get out of telling the truth.

What was up with that dude and his poor attempt of serenading Gwen?

It was awful. I had to FF that scene.

On to today's show. I wish Barbara would have sent Lucy out the door after she carried Johnny. Barbara has become too soft. She should also be involved in Will/Gwen/Jade storyline. And when is she going to find out Emily lost Paul's baby. Is she every going to have scenes with Emily?

Katie and Mike are so boring. They do nothing for me.

I am enjoying Meek as Craig. I have to say I had my doubts. But he is making a good Craig.

And finally the look on Jade's face at the end was great! I can't wait for the fireworks between Jade and Gwen tomorrow.

Forgot to add Luke is an idiot for not telling Will the truth right away. He is so gullible!

Seeing Lucy, Dusty and Johnny together look like father, daughter and grandson. That girl hasn't gotten any better and annoys me more now than when she first started.

Luke picked up the gullible trait from mama Lily. Luke says that Will is his friend, that he didn't pass judgement on him, but yet he stands there and tries to avoid answering Will's question. Can't wait to see yet another one of Jade's schemes to backfire in her face. And I know I'm going to be mad @ Lily when it comes time to give Will/Gwen the guilt trip when the revelation comes out.

Ugh...why did they bother with the InTurn crap, if all they were going to do was make the winner an idiot? Why not give the kid a decent chance to prove he can act? But nope, instead they gave him the geek/loser role.

Otherwise, I thought it was a really good Monday show, even if Mike and Katie were on. I really don't get the conspiracy to keep the supposed Carly/Simon boink from her. Is there one facet of Carly's life that isn't public knowledge? It's not like Carly and Katie aren't "friends" and at some point Katie wouldn't get the hint, if it were true. And I won't even mention Mike's "support" for Jack and Carly's relationship. Uh...how special. The dude that thought he was your daughter's father is really pulling for you to reunite, even if it means risking his wife's interest in her ex-husband flaring up. What a guy.

But the rest of the show, was fab. Did you see Babs look daggers at Lucy when Johnny cried out "momma", and Dusty let her comfort him? Whoa...talk about deadly.

And sigh....Jack once again figures out he loves being right, and that ain't getting him anywhere. That's the Jack that I love.

And poor Carly...figuring out having good intentions doesn't make the stupidity of a stupid plan go away.

I even liked the Luke/Jade confrontation. Who knew Luke was smart enough to get the info and KEEP it to make Jade come clean? Not me, that's for sure.

I'm looking at the mid-show preview, and I'm sorry, but Luke should check what he says when it comes to Jade. Telling Will and Gwen that they don't know Jade at all...Um, Luke, you don't know the girl either and all the mess she is truly capable of. Here he learns that Jade faked her pregnancy to keep two people who truly love one another apart, and he stands there in their face defending her? Please....He wasn't all so nice when she played him like a fiddle; so what's changed? Because she's suddenly apart of his family? Like Luke and all, but when it comes to Jade, he has no clue.

I haven't seen today's show yet, and I just caught up on a week's worth yesterday, so my apologies if I'm talking about anything that happened before this week.

But I have to say I am REALLY liking Craig's return. It's not necessarily the actor (who is doing a fine job IMO, and I wasn't watching during the Hunt Block era so I don't have an axe to grind about him), but it's that finally, FINALLY, stories and characters are intermingling around him. We had Lily and Carly getting together, Mike and Jack in a scene, Barbara and Paul and Dusty all in the same room, Bob and Kim and Emily, even Meg talked to Will and OMG Katie (nearly) had a scene with someone other than Mike or Simon. It's as if everyone got big shot of energy now that he's here, and are starting to buzz around in different paths than they've been circling in all year. I really liked that everyone who had a beef or a relationship with him has had a chance to talk to him (except Katie, natch) and vent their feelings. It's been a great way to establish him to new viewers, and to refresh longtime viewer's memories about exactly how many toes he stepped on before he left.

And best of all, Emily is about to go completely to the dark side, and I can't wait to see what kind of havoc she causes there. I like her and Craig together so far, just because it's interesting to see someone admiring his slickness instead of looking down their nose at him. Hopefully, this will break up the monotony of the Paul/Meg/Emily story that's been stagnating for months. (The one part I don't like is more of Lucy/Dusty, which is just not working for me. The actress is fine, but her chemistry with Grayson feels forced.)

I'm also thrilled they are moving along nicely with the Maddie/Casey reunion -- her disclosure yesterday of the details of her attack was very good -- and I'm extra-excited to see Jade's lies exposed. Should be interesting to see how that works out in light of finding out she really is Rose's daughter. Will she give up on Will once she finds out she can get her hands on money and stability (the things she's been desperately scheming for) from a legitimate source, or will she still chase him and his trust fund?

Luke has been pissing me off all week :(

I'm beating a dead horse here, but again, Paul and Barbara were in the same room and not ONE word about baby Jenny dying?

She was her granddaughter!

So Carly don't give a damn about what happens to her kids.Simon even told her ,her kids could be in danger but she decided she rather stay.WTH is wrong with Carly. If they must put Simon/Carly together so be it but don't destroy Carly in the process.Carly will never put her kids at risk like this.

Carly reminded Simon the loanshark had already seen her. Her deserting the project wouldn't necessarily protect her or the kids anyway.

I understand that P.J but they worte it as Carly kids was afterthought with her today. I just don't want them to destroy my favorte charcter on this show with plot crap.

I totally agree with you carjackerfan. What are they doing to Carly? Enough already. I'm fine with the flirting with Simon thing and making Jack eat crow, but they are really damaging her character. I hate seeing her so needy and gullible. It sucks. And for god sake put her in a few more scenes with Jack so we can at least have something to tide us over. I miss my CARJACK!!!

I agree with kelly re: Barbara/Paul. Her very own granddaughter just died. She may hate Emily's guts but she could have at least said something about baby Jennifer dying.

And that's another thing that pisses me off. How come every "Jennifer" that's ever been on the show has died?? Barbara's mother, daughter, and Paul's daughter. WTF?! It's like it's a cursed name or somethin'.

As for today's show...I hate that they made Jade the infamous daughter of Rose. Not only do they act nothing alike, but Jade is so self-destructive. I can't see her character lasting long on the show.

But Martha Byrne looked fine as ever! :D
