The episode did very well in the ratings last night. It won its timeslot and received higher ratings than last year.

I aslo think Sally Field's emmy speech created alot buzz for the show. On youtube alone, it had over 1 million views.

Thought B&S premiere was really good except I hate Nora and Holly becoming friends. Holly aka the whore, slut, bitch, would never be friends with a woman like Nora. C'mon B&B this is the worst thing on the show. It's better for them to hate each other. I hope Justin doesn't die, but I'm afraid he might. I like Kevin & Jason together and hope VIVA LAUGHLIN gets canceled and Eric Winter returns to B&S as a regular.

I love Holly but agree--though I don't think they're actually making her and nora *friends* per se--anyway I expect we'll still see a few classic cat fights

i would harly call Nora & Holly friends... more like frenemies!! and i think its great. all fake nice and acting they care when you know at any moment the hairpulinf cat fight can begin!! lol.

i loce kitty and rob lowe... well i just love rob lowe in anything.

Rebecca adds so much. Im so glad they brought her on and EVC is doing an amazing job, IMO.

BG is such a great actor i really feel for his char.

You cant' stand Rachel Griffiths? *shock* I admit part of my affection for her is how much I LOVED her on Sic Feet Under but I think she's pretty great in a sligthly unlikeable role on this.

As for Eric Winter--you're given a lead contract role or a recurring role which do you pick? The steady one...

Kevin and the priest, plus his drunken state were other highlights. Sarah was also a riot confiding in Tommy.

Speaking of which: how touching were those Julia scenes! Hopefully we'll see more of her. And Sally Field has her next Emmy reel already in the bag: the video message to Justin.

OMG, will justin just take something, theres no way he's gonna get through daily life or rehab with out painkillers. I loved nora/kevin/kitty calling in to that jerk radio host, I didn't know abe lincoln was gay. Is it wrong to be glad joe is gone from Sarah and possibly tommy wife might be gone too? I really don't care for either actors. An I'm sick of holly holier than thou attitude towards sarah, sarah didn't deserve not being told rebecca kissed joe back. Sarah actually was giving rebecca a chance before that and didn't deserve that betrayal at all.

This show just rocks and boy can Rob Lowe get any sexier and I still love Kevin. I need Jason to come home quick because I dont like anyone else with Kevin.
