Gwen and Will take over the top spot!! Paul/Meg/Emily continue to fall, but expect their numbers to rise again after this Slasher stuff, and when Craig appears next month.

I'm all for "balance" but something's wrong when the first four spots (for the year) are occupied by actors on the show less than three years. Or barely three, in the case of Roger Howarth.

No wonder this summer's been boring.

Yes but at least the majority of them are not new characters. They are characters we have known and loved (or loved to hate) for some time now. Some shows are dominated by characters who haven't even been on the show for a year or two years.

I think these look pretty good for the most part. I am sure that the teens air time will go down again for awhile after this story. All the ones in the Craig story will probably get the top air time next.

I don't mind the teens being on top, I'd take ATWT teens over the teens on most of the ABC soaps in a heartbeat, at least the ones on ATWT can ACT

The teens always dominate the summer, so I'm not too surprised by the results. It's good, though, that at least these set of teens can act, as opposed to most soap teen casts (including the past few ones on ATWT).

Still...the balance is just really bad on this show.

Well, we're just gonna disagree. I don't see the teen's airtime going down anytime soon. Gwen's been front-burner since day one.

And I'm not looking forward to the return of Craig. Not if he's written the same way he was while Block played him.

The balance on this show just sucks. Not only have the teens dominated this summer, they are starting to dominate the year-long list.

The current slasher story may be a metre ahead of the Oakdale Three but I wanna watch As the World Turns, not a cheapo version of I Know What You Did Last Summer.

It annoys me that the older vets aren't seen as much, but I guess ATWT's counts are better than most.
