From The Official As The World Turns Fan Club: The P&G Classic Soaps Channel will launch on AOL's new video portal http://www.aolvideo.com beginning Tuesday, August 22! The company that put the “soap” in soap operas presents the P&G Classic Soaps channel, featuring episodes from “Another World,” “The Edge of Night,” “Search for Tomorrow” and “Texas,” including some available for the first time since they ended their successful runs. In addition, this channel offers original companion content for the contemporary classics “As The World Turns” and “Guiding Light.”
August 12, 200619 yr Member Good to hear it's coming soon, but I am sad that we won't be seeing anything for GL and ATWT, the two I wanted to see the most, lol. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that DVDs are next. Everyone said P&G wanted to wash their hands of soaps, but this shows they realize they have fans and that people want to see this.

August 15, 200619 yr Member Does anyone know if this soap channel is available to AOL non subscribers? I don't want to subscribe to AOL just to get this channel? I believe AOL has opened up almost all its services to everyone. I guess AOLVideo.com is one of the new services they will add to attract people to its services without requiring membership
