In terms of people dating episodes going by posters' descriptions I've had this one tucked away, hoping some day to date it & find it & get to see it. If anyone has a clue, It would be remarkable.

Okay, this is not my thing per se but I am aware of sources online which place EF back at ATWT as of May 1966. I'm not sure whether this is a newly found error or what.

I forgot about John Wesley Shipp. I think he has classic good looks, too. And, there was a period of time when he was regularly in a newsfeed I'd read daily & as a poster, he was a really cool dude in a kind of a nice guy vein although if something got him outraged he'd turn electric like that. 🫰 When we lived in Brooklyn I knew both Tilford (and then Victoria) plus PAS a little & they were both nice looking & fun. PAS had this adorable little pocket dog on a leash, headed back to the studio one night for a long shoot & this is going to sound silly but he had such nice manners. In spades! Off the scale! I can't believe it either but it seems glorious, and also harmless. 😇 Happy Birthday, Jordan Clarke! May you have many more!

I have always thought he has a classic head & face. He could be a bust. I'm not a sculptor (and I don't play one on TV) but, I bet he'd be an excellent subject.

I don't see the appeal & Viki as a character has so much she automatically carries with her, also called baggage. But I may just be at a contrary point because I'm thinking why is no one looking around & saying, there are too many dadgummed people here!!!?? I know, not new. STILL!

In a way it's a good thing that it's planned to be short-term. If it's bungled we won't be stuck with it too long but if it's a home run then it will leave us pleased but wanting more, which is not too shabby. I just thought today we were a bit on the weird side. In general I do not care for the QVC/HSN set or set-up. We didn't even get to have the always fun Morgan Fairchild. I do not like Susan Batten's character at all & I hate being reminded how dense Lucy can be at times. Why in the world would she have thought that now is a good time to surprise Brook Lynn with Lois on air, live?!! So Deception is down a few. Natalia, dead. Maxie temp elsewhere. We learned that NotBritt is acting as an international courier that the WSB uses, which gotta call that odd. I was okay with Anna having insight. Always prefer that to crying.

Generally speaking it seems to me that most of the people on soaps fall into the category of beautiful or good looking. In the past we had a time when that was not so, when soaps had numerous people who were just ordinary looking but that passed out of fashion a very long time ago. But, of course, we people we have subjective preferences. On GL I recognize Grant & Robert Newman as probably having the matinee idol good looks. Grant is an incredible physical specimen & this Newman's blue eyes are blue like a much more famous Newman's eyes were blue. To me there's not a woman who would not turn heads if she walked into a party dressed to kill. I think it was PJ last week reminded me that some people did not think Melissa Hayden was "pretty enough". I don't have a lot of patience with that kind of narrow judgment of physical beauty. She has a cute nose & a very animated face & there's not a thing wrong with her body. Soaps seem to have mature straight women & gay men as people they're aiming at for looks approval. As a mature gay woman no one cares what my subjectivity says, LOL!!!

To me, they seem to afford a tiny bit more cover than the Speedo he wore on AMC. Do you recall that? In real time, it was absolutely notable. Of course Mac Cory wore a black Speedo all the time on AW when he'd go for a dip in the Cory pool.

MLH, thank you so much. You are a dear & it's great that you care & I can tell that you really do. I was in the hospital for only a week but then, I had to have daily IV antibiotics for 6 weeks. There was an infection raging through my body & it was serious. It could have killed me. But, my labs show, as of last week, that mean ole infection is totally gone. It's like a miracle. So, I got my picc line removed early Friday. I called them my Borg parts. A little Star Trek humor. But you might want to remember this: a hospital is no place to be if you're really sick. Was hooked up to 4 machines. They all went beep beep beep but not synched up. OY! And, then, you cannot get any sleep. Constantly they come in & poke you with needles or take your blank blank blood pressure yet another time. When I was released I slept for about 18 hours, no lie!

I thought Jerry was the first "something". Was he the first contract player? I understand. I think something happens when people go without watching soaps for a serious term. MY BFF stopped watching & went without for years but is back now with BTG. And, her original "soap habit" began with her having a crush on Sue Ellen at age 6. Then, she became one of the hordes in love with Anne Heche's Vicky. I watch 3, am behind, but I fell behind when I was in the hospital & once you're behind it is the dickens to catch up. (DAYS, GH & BTG) I love that we are mature enough to discuss this!!! Yes, definitely human nature & also can be harmless.

Now someone apparently does not comprehend why I, a lifelong DAYS fan, would post about DAYS. That makes absolutely no sense to me. And, someone has mentioned "stolen" videos. I, personally, have no knowledge of anyone stealing any videos. If someone is under the mistaken impression that it is illegal for an individual to own copies of episodes of television shows, or of movies, they are sadly mistaken. That legality was determined in court many many years ago. If it were illegal there would have been no retail ownership of VCRs, TiVos, etc. If you are watching it legally, then you can also have a copy. That's simplistic, but a rule of thumb. Now, if you were somehow stealing the original copy to watch, sure, that would be different.
