CONFESSIONS ON A DANCEFLOOR meets EROTICA meets House music. A slow burn, seductive buildup. Get into it!! And, BIG YES to Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter together on the album <3
  2. The snoozefest that is mid-Season 8 nearly put me in a coma - thankfully, Valerie's rape trial and Donna's hilarious drug fiend phase saved it. I quite liked how Valerie's past deeds were used against her here - it felt very realistic, sad, and character driven. Meanwhile, maybe Tori did some of her best work ever playing bitchy, strung out, and a mess. Yes, she became a drug-seeking ho in five seconds flat but what a fun change of pace for the saintly Donna.

I have a good feeling about this one!

YAS Queen! Beautiful cover and it's coming so much sooner than I could ever hope!

That four-song run on BEDTIME STORY (including Take a Bow) is easily one of the best sequences of songs in any of her albums. Oh, I love this one! I am so so so excited. I hope she delivers on two fronts - great dance pop music AND with a few good surprises thrown in there. I am READY.
  6. OK, the website got me to continue with Season 1 B&B. lol Things get much juicier quite quickly. Thankfully, Judith Baldwin is gone. Stephanie is just SO strikingly complex, cruel, and often scary. Flannery is acting the hell out of every scene, it's scary. Sadly, so much of the early episodes casting really hinders the show.
  7. Not y'all about to get me to watch current B&B again!!!!! Also, can someone give me date/episode number when Sheila and Deacon got married?
  8. Season 6 may not have been brilliant television, but at least it had a renewed sense of energy and focus. Having a main storyline of sorts with Kit Marlowe also helped. Somewhat. It lost that focus towards the end of the season though. Season 7 on the other hand was batshi!t crazy and insufferable. One million different characters with "hot" guest stars. Storylines that lasted 2 to 3 episodes. EXTREME randomness that made MELROSE PLACE look like longterm planning. 3 episode alcoholism storyline? I honestly prefer the boring Season 8 and the wonderful yet sadly unfamiliar Season 9.
  9. Making my way through March 1991 for the first time. Other than the show being addictive popcorn you can't help but munch on, there's lots of great stuff. The climax to the Jake story was well done and exciting; Stephanie's amnesia and homelessness one of those legendary stories I finally get to see unfold fully and loving every minute of it; a TON of very fun stuff at the Spectra end of the show. Neverending hilariousness. And Ridge and Taylor steaming up the screen. And we have just had our first OFFICIAL scene of Taylor and Brooke as enemies. Their chemistry also off the charts. It's not hard to see why the show kept milking it over and over and over again. PS. Poor Carrie Mitchum. Donna finally gets a semblance of a storyline and she's out sick, so it gets played by a temp. Hopefully she'll be back before the storyline's over!
  10. Roku app and others are now available, which certainly makes it easier!
  11. I'm in! lmao The only hope for BAYWATCH is people tuning in for sexy bodies and some action and, if the drama is interesting enough, staying.
  12. There is no denying it - it LOOKS amazing so far: Costumes, sets, the little book details they're making sure we know are being included.... And, yes, the cast too. I'm NOT ready to let go of the previous cast yet but there's no denying, they ARE going for quality.
  13. I totally agree. I think they should just lean into the soapy elements/characters, do some great action stunts, and show off a lot of candy. It's a delicate balance but I don't see why it couldn't be done. He's a great choice for a stunt-heavy, shirtless role. At least he's got that going for him lmao
  14. Absolutely. To second: If you are a purist and patient (despite good moments), sit through 1987 and 1988. Otherwise, Sally's arrival galvanizes the show and it reels you in more and more. We can download? Super! ANY amount of income is better than zero! lol If the expectation is to fund primetime, they'll be disappointed lmao
  15. Thanks, I hoped we could at least do that!
  16. Very true, although I suppose one can only hope. I'd think of all those, Y&R and DAYS would be most likely to do this, but again... Is the app available to download on Roku?
  17. There is definitely a way to do it that could be reminiscent or 911 or the CHICAGO series while also having a lot of relationship drama and tons of eye candy. But it's not exactly an easy balance to strike. I wonder if they'll go for a lighter tone or just dead-serious. Oh, interesting! I didn't know that. So sounds like they think they've got something strong.
  18. LOL! Exactly. If this gets picked up, at least it'll be interesting to see how much of a disaster it is lmao
  19. Look, I'm not gonna defend this lol But if you're gonna do this, you absolutely center it around Hobie (which they seem to be doing) and, let's face it, the original show was not a masterpiece. I just wish they'd pleasantly surprise us with the cast. I mean, the girl from PRETTY LITTLE LIARS? Noah Beck? The only way to make this work is with a charming cast (beyond looks).
  20. Do it do it do it do it! I'm on season 3.😁 (And make sure you watch the credits until the end, there's always a funny disclaimer relating to the episode!)
  21. THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE Season 2 - 10 years after watching season 1, I saw it pop up on Netflix (random) and I became curious what happened next lmao (super random)
  22. 😁 Go for it! I've been doing that with stuff like XENA and find it a sweet, nostalgic experience.
