  1. Money can't buy you class! Elegance is learrrrrrrrrned. MY FRIENDS. Who can forget that instant dance classic? I am in the middle of watching Season 3 of RHONYC. Jesus. Jill is a vengeful, nasty bitch but, at the same time, Bethenny is a self-absorbed loudmouth who dumped her BFF as soon as she scored herself a guy. If I were Jill, I'd be pissed that Bethenny didn't even bother to check up on Bobby in the hospital. Can't stand LuAnn. Ramona is BSC. Kelly is gorgeous but a total flake bimbo. I can't believe I actually like Alex this season.
  2.  I knew Lisa reminded me of somebody! Um, Joey Gorga with his private parts pixalated out looks like this:
  3. Agreed with so much of this. Camille is working overtime to not appear the villainess. I still think that she is exceedingly self-absorbed, self-obsessed, all the accusations that were levelled at her last year... but she is also vulnerable and has been hurt by Kelsey's affair and the divorce. Women can be more than one thing! I wish Camille would just allow all the facets of her personality to be shown, I can understand that she is wary of Bravo editing the footage to make her look bad. Don't like Dana either. She's trying too hard -- to become a full cast member. Right now she's just a lucky ho who hooked up with an investment banker and has zero taste in clothing and accessories. I loved Kim in the last epiosde when she was doing that booty dance on the plane and imitating Lisa's big fur puff of a hat. But this episode, it was clear the toll this drink and drug-use is having on her. Kim seems so lonely. I hope this is somewhat exaggerated for the cameras because I feel guilty about finding her flakiness entertaining. I was sort of hoping her kookiness and sense of humor was just the way she was and not induced by narcotics. Brandi isn't so much a bitch as she calls things as she sees them, IMO. She's not super bright and not in the "in crowd". She's an ex-"model" who married a philandering, B-list TV actor. She is going to be no match against Lisa's acid tongue and the Kyle & Kim tag team but I'm sort of intrigued at how guilessly she gets on everybody's bad side.
  4. Jacqueline and Caroline made their point -- by checking out of the Punta Cana episodes (Caroline), pulling Ashley from the show and not showing up for the reunion episodes (Jacqueline). Bravo assuaged them and milked it for all it was worth because this is saving the season from total failure. It's getting people to tune into the next season, and that's a win for Bravo.
  5. I guess Andy Cohen is letting everybody know: don't bother showing up to the RH franchise unless you are ready to "make drama." The irony is that I think people tune in as much for the decent, "tentpole" housewives as much as for the bitch divas. Speaking of bitch... Another day, another housewife for BH's Kyle to mean-girl. Does that woman like anybody apart from Taylor?
  6. Wll, it's too bad. RHONJ was may favorite out of the entire RH franchise, precisely because these women felt more "real" to me. I loved Caroline, Dina, Jacqueline and Danielle. This season, however, has been a crashing disappointment and Sunday's epi was a sad illustration of that. Part of it is because Danielle and Dina are gone; part of it is that Jacqueline and Caroline have checked out in all but name. Part of it is this incessant focus on the Gorga-Giudices, all of whom are famewhores. Melissa "praying" to ThankYouJEEsus before she goes to plug that song she lipsynchs to? GMAFB. I'm not too interested in the antics of the Manzo Boys and Gorgeous Greg, either, but I guess they had to do something to fill the Jacqueline/Ashley-sized hole left in the season. I would like to see more of Caroline and her husband Albert who has the best bitchface of any straight man I have ever seen. I would also like to see more of Kathy, Rich and their kids, Kathy comes across so much better when she is interacting with people she truly loves. Teresa's hatred and shenanigans are beyond stupid at this point. She is alienating everybody, hurting her children and God knows what is going on with Juicy Joe. I agree, WTGH, a little Kim G might also go a long way.
  7. I wonder what the fight was about. Apparently Tre may have set Melissa up with a stripper? If this is true, it makes me rethink my support of Teresa. I always gave her the benefit of the doubt over Melissa and Kathy.
  8. LOL. That is spooky. I swear I just had a visual of Lily and Teresa pulling each other's hair out! In reality, though, I hope Melissa got her ass beat and handed to her.
  9. Ehhhh, I don't blame her for trashing Cibrian publically. He really did her wrong and LeAnn wasn't too gracious either, stalking her and bad-mouthing her in public at a time when Brandi was not a public figure. However, she did come across as a trashy bimbo in the last episode. It's like she expected to be part of the BH social firmament as soon as she showed up at the charity event and couldn't comprehend why people weren't opening up their arms to welcome her. She certainly didn't endear herself. LOL, did anybody notice Taylor being super-friendly to Brandi and then running back to Kyle and Lisa to bitch about her?
  10. http://jezebel.com/lisa-vanderpump/ Apparently, before Lisa met Ken and his dogs, she was in the videos for ABC's 80s hits Look of Love and Poison Arrow ("shoot that poison arrow to my hah-heart!"). LOL.
  11. Sigh. I just love Lisa and Adrienne on RHOBH. I sort of wish Adrienne had gone out on the court and announced that the Kings were staying in Sacramento, though. Brandi = blah, so far. Creepy publicist Eliott Mintz, OTOH? We need more of him and his weird way of holding a wine glass.
  12. 1. http://www.realityshowbuzz.com/news/2011/09/17/melissa-gorga-and-jay-mohr-get-%E2%80%9Ctwisted%E2%80%9D-in-twitter-feud-jay-says-melissa-asked-him-to-trash-teresa-giudice-in-his-blogs/ Apparently Melissa is sore about something Jay said about her on the show. 2. I was going to say... in this economy, with the residential sector STILL in recession for a third year straight, I am surprised Joey Gorgonzola is making any money based on construction at the moment. 3. So... did Caroline dump Teresa once the money went? I like Caroline on the show so that would make me sad. 4. All this pretence. What's wrong with being a hairdresser and still being part of the RHONJ? Caroline and Dina never hid their family's working class roots. 5. I am STUNNED by this rumor. Lee Radziwell is as famously private as her late sister Jackie. Plus she is a big name among the US and European "aristocracy" and I couldn't see her circle really supporting her in a reality show endeavour. Not that I wouldn't love to watch her, of course, LOL.
  13. I worry that in a reboot of either RHONY or BH, Andy Cohen panics and invites Dina Lohan into the mix. What would be the point? We already know she's a cokehead and child pimp.
  14. The real Ramona is even more of a hot mess than that parody! I don't know whether it is bipolar issues, drunkeness or serious OCD, but Ramona comes across as very odd sometimes. Re: BH -- looks like it is a race to the bottom for both Taylor and Kim. Who will have a medication-fuelled breakdown first? Sigh. It's so funny seeing Adrienne trying to look alarmed by all this when her entire face can't move.
  15. ^^ Sure I get that -- Teresa is a monster of her own creation, with equally monstrous relations and a truly monstrous husband. She has run after fame and fortune at any cost. She is a total fake. But I feel sorry for her in a way. She has her own blood laughing at her because her husband went bankrupt -- at this point in time with everybody struggling, destitution is no joke IMO. She's working overtime to present this perfect image of family and working those darn cookbooks for all they are worth. Meanwhile her hubby is mobbed up to the eyeballs, out of a job, drunk and threatening her half the time. She's got no support from her idiot brother, nor his famewhore wife and nasty cousin who smugly rejoice at Tre's misfortune. So, even though she's had it coming, payback really is a bitch for her and I can't help feeling pity for her and especially her kids. Then again, I always felt a little sorry for Danielle and her girls, too, so maybe it's just a question of the twisted characters that appeal to me on this show.
  16. Actually, that mega e-mail (if it is true, it is a little scattered and all-over-the-place) confirms a lot of my initial feelings watching RHONJ this season. Despite the fact that Teresa is totally ridiculous and off her rocker, I cannot completely hate on her. Because, really, when you have barracudas in your family like Kathy (who is always trying to create division) and those two famewhores Joey and his deluded wife who thinks she's the Virgin Mary with the talent of Beyoncé ("Thank you Jee-SUS!"), you'd be watching your back, too. Teresa was totally wrong to attack Kathy over absolutely nothing in the last episode, but I think it has gotten to the point where Kathy only has to open her sanctimonious mouth for Teresa to want to slap her silly. It's so obvious that Kathy and Melissa play up to the cameras in a way that Dina Manzo, Jacqueline, Caroline and even Danielle Staub never did. I also thought Gay Greg was sketchy at best and always wondered why he was bitching about Teresa or Lauren Manzo or kissing up to Melissa ("I want to be you!") when he isn't even a member of the family. Sit your ass DOWN, girlfriend. Whether Albie is gay or not, I don't know, but if he has chosen not to announce it on TV, that's his business and nobody else's. All I know is that he's HOT to look at, and he and his brother are hilarious. I will always love the Manzo/Lauritas, especially Caroline, and still really miss the dynamic Dina brought to the show. LOL at that idiot Ashley unable to come to Punta Cana because she couldn't be bothered to get a passport. She really is a waste of skin and hair, that creature.
  17. I disagree (and I hate when I have to with jp!). I am really enjoying RHOBH thus far. Lisa is my fave, her observations are hilarious, Camille is great, I love-to-hate Kayle and Kim is a hot tranny mess and having a ball while doing so. I thought I was the only one who figured she was high as a kite when she got to the airport... while her "cold" the next day was actually a hangover of some kind. I hope she can confront it this season. And next episode looks very interesting (if uncomfortable viewing).
  18. Have been watching some of the episodes from the late 70s-early 80s that saynotosoaps posted on YouTube: LOVE. Alec Baldwin may have been high on Bolivian marching powder all throughout his Doctors run but he sure was convincing as that relatable !@#$%^&*] Billy Aldrich. The show is gripping and it only seems to use two sets per episode! I love it, especially Mona, Carolee, MJ and the glimpses I've seen of Kathleen Turner's Nola (forgive me but while Kim Zimmer's Nola looks the part, KZ plays her as SO smug that it is hard to warm to her).
  19. It has been long and they should have cut a lot of episodes with repetitive stuff (Christmas/NYE party stuff seemed to run for, like, three consecutive episodes!) and brought Juicy Joe's drinking/weird behavior to the forefront earlier.
  20. ^^ It's so funny. Joey is a total meathead and looks more like a ball of raw beef with every passing week. And yet... there is something hot about him, even though he's like 4' 8". Also: Chris Laurita NJ is dragging -- it was my favourite RH franchise for a long time. Bottom line: this show misses Danielle and (to a lesser extent) Dina. Danielle's stage-mom/BFF dynamic with her daughters was fascinating, as was her rivalry with Dina. Danielle may be monstrous, sketchy, vengeful, deluded, but she was honest about her many faults and wasn't afraid to show them. I sometimes felt sorry for her at being ousted from the housewives circle -- she so badly wanted to be part of a familial group of female friends. If Bravo wants RHONJ to continue, they need to trot outthat drunken sociopath Kim G every once in a while. But I guess Joe Giudice is already ticking that "drunken sociopath" box, huh. BTW, if I hear Melissa pushing her "On Display" song one more time.... Are you kidding me with this? Only Britney Spears can get away with singing about the pressures of fame. This ho? Who?
  21. No comment on RHONJ? I'm not surprised, after S2 which was so stellar, S3 is feeling a little... padded out. The JuicyJoe/Teresa/Joey/Melissa oedipal triangle is the only story in town now that hideous Ashley child has slunk away to irritate somebody else with her whining. Poor Caroline needs more to do, for a start. What happened with Kim G? I did love Milania's pizza birthday party, though, and Gia trying to bring her family together. Looking forward to Kathy/Teresa showdown in Punta Cana next week, too. Both women are in the wrong but I do think Kathy thrives on family dysfunction and enjoys driving the wedge in deeper, even though she tries to cover it up as "mediation."
  22. IA with whoever said Lisa on RHOBH can withstand the "bitch" tag (unlike Camille who worked overtime to make out that she was edited that way). Lisa is smart and she can own the bitch with the best of them. I find her refreshingly honest and insightful. In hindsight, were she and Ken's comments tactless? Yes, absolutely -- but they were made months before Russell's suicide, and as Lisa pointed out, she barely knew Russell. Nobody did, the man was so tightly wound in S1, he couldn't even relax with "the guys." He obviously had problems socializing, including with his own wife and (sometimes) daughter. RHOBH wasn't why he commited suicide -- those issues ran way deeper than being some side act on a TV reality show. As for taylor, well, her passive-aggressive actions in S1 are cast in a new light now that we hear about the divorce and domestic violence against her. But she is manipulative (the girl has three aliases, for god's sake, including one called Shana) and... I think she is attracted to power (and what is domestic abuse if not one partner exerting his or her physical dominace over the other? Not saying she was attracted to being beaten up, but she was drawn to a man who had real issues with controling and dominating her). And it is therefore no wonder she is so drawn to Kyle, the loudest and bossiest of the housewives. Kyle is Queen Bee right now, she's got Lisa and Taylor fighting over #1 BFF place, she put Kim in her place (and in rehab, apparently) at the end of last season, plus she's got Camille minding her p's and q's with her, too. Kyle is a bully, period. And she looks like she smells of feet! Yes, I know that's a random statement to make but it's all the muumuus she wears and padding around barefoot and her smoker's voice. Speaking of smokers, is it wrong that I love Kim in the talking heads/voiceover segments? She is obviously sauced out of her head in most of them, and yet she sometimes is the Voice of Truth. Camille should be interesting this year. I like her -- but this woman is still incredibly self-absorbed. I like Adrienne but I'm sensing D-I-V-O-R-C-E in her interactions with Paul now. He must be Beverly Hills' most insecure plastic surgeon. BTW, did he do Taylor's horrendous juvederm lips? Because they look awful.
  23. Holy [!@#$%^&*]. He was a hot piece! And Caroline, so pretty. I like how he comes across as very stand-up and dedicated to his wife and family, especially Ashley who is lucky to have two fathers who love her. Anyboy know where I can watch past seasons of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?
  24. Ashley -- wow. Can that girl be any more selfish and self-absorbed? The girl can't have more than one braincell to her name. I'm glad Jacqueline's ex was supporting her and could see just what a spoiled little brat Ashley is. The way she talked down to her mother like, "I'm better than you because I didn't fall pregnant at 19." Like, WTF? Jacqueline was right to point out that at least when she got pregnant, it taught her about responsability and making tough choices. The only tough choice Ashley makes is which annoying beanie hat to wear today. And is it wrong that I find Jacqueline's husband Chris kind of hot? Teresa... baby, what has happened to you? I used to really enjoy her and cannot bring myself to like Little Miss Perfect Melissa entirely. But she is so plainly jealous of her brother's wife and really views her as a threat. I can only imagine that losing all her money and see her husband do jail time has probably made Teresa distrust anybody outside of her immediate family. We don't see her interact with Caroline or Jacqueline much anymore.
  25. LOL, yes, Melissa! Who the [!@#$%^&*] is Michelle?! Jesus Barbie, OMG, that is hilarious, Antoyne. Off to check out RHOBH from the beginning -- have never watched before. I am thinking of letting RHONY go for a bit -- they are all so vicious now. It's actually quite exhausting o watch.
