B&B: Bold from the beginning
Speaking of the Forrester children, I find it odd that the show has zero investment in the one biological child of its signature couple. When's the last time we even heard about RJ much less seen him?

ARTICLE: Daytime Broadcast Ratings for the Week of May 9-13, 2022
I think if Y&R bothered to try they could easily go back to over 4 million viewers.

Yeah it's Dusty but this is a weird post to ask this in.

Y&R and B&B May Sweeps Spoilers
What a waste. She will probably come back from this but she shouldn't. They realize that she shouldn't right? Her whole return was yet another dud. Why is it so hard to keep her on the edge of evil? They always make her go overboard every time she returns. I truly wonder: do THEY think this is good? Do they sit back satisfied, put their feet up and say "Oh yeah that was a good denouement for that storyline?". I really wonder.

Why don't you, instead of complaining about what everyone is saying, contribute something of substance to the conversation instead of this passive aggressive comment? Food for thought, Jeff.

GH: Former OLTL star joins the show
I'd feel the same if I didn't find his hiring decisions a detriment to the show. There is no reason Roger Howarth or Michael Easton should be in their third roles on GH. Especially when there are more important characters who could be occupying the space (and the salaries) they're taking up.

JVD deserved better than that picture.

YR: Fan favorite couple gets married
This is hideous but at least they got a (minuscule) budget. The lack of excitement in Y&R promos is indicative of the show, you'd think they'd at least TRY to make this dry show look enticing but they can't be bothered. It's baffling.

B&B May 2022 Official Discussion Thread
She's almost saving some of the most boilerplate atrocious dialogue I've ever heard outside of Passions. This huge moment has character saying "I know/remember EVERYTHING", one of my most detested lines in screenwriting. Just SAY WHAT IT IS. Jesus Christ.

ALL: Soap Stars - Where are they now?
Sam should die in the opening scene and Tara should be the new final girl. I've said this since I left the theater.

I love the silver on Christian LeBlanc but he desperately needs a haircut. I also love the streak of gray in Susan Walters hair, she looks amazing honestly.

ALL: Soap Stars - Where are they now?
Crying and SCREAMING...Hayden Panettiere (Lizzie, GL) is returning to the Scream franchise. I'm so happy, I hope this is also a sign that her life is going a little better than last reported.

Wasn't he already on the show?

Y&R May 2022 Discussion Thread
Sharon feels a little crazy having a soliloquy by herself about things we never saw. It definitely seems like someone from upstairs said "Get rid of Jordi Vilasuso immediately."

Y&R 5/9/22 Promo
Good luck handling this nonsense. His argument went from "you're ALWAYS disagreeing with me" to "we may have had one encounter possibly in the past". I'm out.

Y&R 5/9/22 Promo
This is weird dude. It's like you're putting the blame on @Antoyne for @Khan's tirade. Khan didn't just disagree with him, he insulted his looks. He should be banned for that alone. Do better.

Well Plotted Soap Stories
The fallout SUCKED but I've always thought the Bianca baby switch was well-plotted. The fact that they could do the crossovers with OLTL and keep them fairly seamless was a technical accomplishment. I also think the beats they played up until Bianca actually found out were well executed. It's just a shame that they had to force Babe's perfection down our throats, if they had allowed her and Krystal to remain morally dubious instead of always acting morally superior I would've enjoyed both of them a lot more because Bobbie Eakes and Alexa Havins were great. Didn't AMC reach #2 the week Bianca got Miranda back? It's a shame the show couldn't keep that momentum. This is the problem you run into with these all encompassing umbrella stories, there's nothing to hold onto once they're done.
