This article from People is about the *civil lawsuit*. It's nuts, I know, but this is fairly common in a personal injury lawsuit, for the attorneys of the driver-defendant to deny all liability, and to blame the plaintiff-victim, and/or to blame outside circumstances.

One example of classic Phyllis would be her putting a live octopus in Danny and Cricket's honeymoon bed on the island in 1996. I have no idea if she'd do anything like that now or not. Just randomly speculating that she'd do something silly. Not a spoiler! Just throwing out ideas. My guess is that she'll either do something ridiculous or something dangerous.

The picture was accidentally released early. The christening happens later on so Holly will have had some time awake beforehand. Still not realistic that a coma patient would be active soon, but at least it's not immediate in this case.
